Source: A friend who works at SFA, not in a big powerful position or that though.
He heard at the weekend that rangers will enter into administration in the next week or so. His source was a football agent who he was at a night out with.
I argued with my mate that he had no facts, so the agent (un named of course) was probably just jumping on the bandwagon. But this is an indication of what people inside football are thinking/saying.
I'm a Rangers fan so don't reply about me being one of "them" and all the usual. Just sharing what i have heard.

So aparently ibrox may be sold to make way for a future housing benifit this would back up the looking at broadwood stadium theory. I am very concerned. eventualy piece by piece our beloved club will be sold. w.a.t.p

The cause of the shortfall is from being eliminated from the CL and EL. How can Rangers continue to trade as a business with a shortfall of £20million not including the £20million+ they owe Wavetower and the impending tax bill?

The outer shell of the main stand would have to be kept but this would be quite easy for a construction company to do. Im a site manager for a house building company.

Forget about the tax bill for a moment, the problem Rangers have is cashflow. There is a projected shortfall of over £20million come June next year so unless there is more cash injected soon then yes, administration will happen sooner rather than later.

I know the tax case will effect the position of the club, but my comment was to illustrate that people in football are obviously talking about this. I know that this is just gossip, like the majority of things we are hearing. Just put it out there.
