Ally McCoist has confirmed both the Pandza and Zaliukas deals are dead and he will continue the season with the current squad.

Believable67 Unbelievable6

We have Xmas if we need anyone but we Ned about 4 out

Agree2 Disagree0

Have plenty just now to win league comfortably even with injuries and suspensions. Would expect some movement both in and out in January

Agree1 Disagree0

We currently have Gasparato, McAusland, Cribari, Hegarty, Faure, and if need be Daly can all play at Centre Back.
Honestly we don't need any more cover at the moment, and wait till the January Transfer Window and then reasses the squad.

Agree1 Disagree0

Does this mean we can sign up the lad kelly that was on trial?we said we wanted him but couldn't afford his wages cause we had prioritized a cb

Agree0 Disagree1

Never needed the players in teh first place and the chances are that McCoist would have left them sitting on teh bench in any event so he could play one of his pals.

We will win this league despite him and his cronies but we will need a significantly better quality coaching staff for when we joint the top league or we will be unable to immediately re-establish ourselves as Champions.

@op when and where did ally confirm this?

@op its okay you don't have to answer the zaliukas question I just seen it on the Rangers official website M8 personally I think us all the fans have been played and duped yet again, when are we going to learn?

It is clear that we don't need either of these two players. Quite happy with the result but not in the way that we have behaved. Need to get things tidied up in this respect for January 2014. Things are improving, now is the time to stick together not ill-concieved notions like protests.

Agree0 Disagree0

Looks like you've been duped Alex1972 by your ex-player/agent/mate.

Peter

Agree0 Disagree0

@4 no he won't be signed either and like many other trialists came and went without signing for one reason or another. It's embarrassing that we have invited so many people for a trial with no intentions of signing them

Agree0 Disagree0

Hall e loo ya! At last some common sense, we can easily win the ist div and probabaly the Challenge cup with the existing squad, ok a few hickups on the way but we won't be stopped. Scottish Cup will be too much to ask for this year, maybe next year if / when we sign better player to win the Champ and prepare us for the premiier league

Agree0 Disagree0

We really can't help but constantly damage our own reputation by the shocking way we deal with players. Critisis every player that leaves, sack players who make a stupid mistake whilst keeping the worst one and stringing along countless players for months that we knew we would never sign never mind our business dealings

Agree0 Disagree0

Em let's just have some honest answers. RFC could not afford the wages that these two players wanted.

Hearing there are major plans in place which will kick in in under 2 yrs - in time for Scottish Premiership return. Can't give too much away but this will utilise Gers global support and will ensure that we won't be playing catchup in our first year back never mind for the 10 yrs+ some have predicted. On the downside there are ownership issues with the stadium still to be resolved and the worst case scenario is a ground share at Hampden while we build a new stadium. As I say this is only worst case and will only be if we can't negotiate a sale and leaseback of Ibrox - in this case we will play hardball. Would be tough but may be necessary for us to cleanse our club. More soon.

Believable17 Unbelievable79

Sir David give it a rest, please just give it a rest

Agree0 Disagree0

Utilise our global support. Is that the 500million that CG talked of. You have recently been purchased for £1 and £2. Or maybe £5.5million including Ibrox, Murray Park & the Albion Car Park. Best of luck! Rangers are stuck in Scottish football, major investment will never happen. Businessmen are not generous.

Agree0 Disagree0

Is that when the deal with Dallas cowboys starts and we've got 500m in the bank and we're signing all the top players quality banter chuckie pmsl

Agree0 Disagree0

Another IPO needed I guess when back in SPL, old news was in prospectus

Rangers target Boris Pandza will sign for Gornik Zabrze. They are currently 4th in Polish top flight.

Believable24 Unbelievable6

Rangers will sign neither Zalikus or Pandaza and we're never really in the hunt for either. It's been a half hearted attempt to say the least to get either player. Not the proper way to conduct transfer business and embarrassing for a once great club

Agree2 Disagree2

25 Sep 2013 16:09:19
@op I have ticked believe as I believe Pandza will sign as we have messed this guy about enough after all we were first linked with him on the 13th june ffs, but you would get a lot more believes and respected and not doubted if you would leave your name M8tt

Agree0 Disagree0

Amateur Owners and amature management team.
Nine players signed and still we struggle against Forfar. The new players come in with some skill but it is not long before McCoist, McDowall and Durrant coach the skill out of them.

Time for change right across the club before it is too late.

Agree1 Disagree0

Full squad to pick from and still 4 players playing out of position. nearly half a team. wtf. denzil

Agree1 Disagree0

26 Sep 2013 00:17:33
mcDowall was very highly rated and Ally came with glowing reference fae Walter, and Durranty is a playing legend, ione of the best ever players to come out of this country, in my opinion THe best midfielder b4 the animal hardman from Aberdeen assaulted him when he was a boy, however it hasn't worked has it? but we must win leagues, end of, he, s doing that now, so nowts going to change soon

Middlesbrough are trying to get Zaliukas to forget about Rangers and head to the championship ffs either the c*nt signs this week as I told you's yesterday or rangers should just tell him where to go, who does he think he is pele!!

Believable22 Unbelievable9

If rumours are true!
£1500 a week at Gers or £5500 in the championship, no brainer really, look at all the supposed Rangers men that disappeared last year when they were going to lose money, makes you appreciate the likes of McCulloch and Wallace even more

Agree2 Disagree1

LMAO. let's think about. championship or 3rd tier of Scottish football? mmmmm.

Agree1 Disagree0

Well your information proved to be duff yesterday

Agree0 Disagree0

Calm doon mate, the guy is a decent player but its hard to justify signing him considering the squad we already have

@to if rumours were true it ain't 1, 500 rangers have offered Zaliukas its 2, 500 and a further 1, 500 based on appearances and bonuses so that takes it up to £4,000 so you're well off with the 1, 500, and again no name with the post, look I told you yesterday rangers have improved his contract from 1 year with a possible 2nd year depending on appearances to now a guaranteed 2 year contract at £4k a week.

Agree0 Disagree0

He is only going to sign after he has made sure that no one wants him. If ally can't see that he is only going to sign as a last resort then pack your bags now Ally. The players we have are enough to get through this increasely tedious league tht I am sickof Keep the money inthe bank by which all acounts we are going to need when we get back to the top flight.
Any body even my wife could tell ally this. He is quite simply the worst excuse for a manager ever. Because he shouts we are noy walking away. His substanard coaching skills are allowed to go on.
Once allys 2 year tie-in clause with his shares are up he will sell his shares and ride off into the sunset with millions in the babk and will join a long list of them that have took the entire rangers support for mugs
And then you can all look in the mirror and say Ally has taken me for a right mug.

Agree1 Disagree0

Bear in mind for big Jig when showing loyalty at the age of 34 at time.

Big Lee was on 12k a week last season for div 3 football!. At his age and at this stage of his career no one would have offered him that type of salary. I am not criticising his loyalty and effort but you are not going to walk away from that type of money. Even more so when earning that amount (albeit through no fault of his own) in a league full of part time players.

Agree0 Disagree0

2 year deal, £5k per week for first year rising to £8k second year - not bad if you can get it, that's a £160k per year pay rise.
