Heard from a reliable source that Jelavic is touting himself for a move back, but not for a penny less than 17k a week. Unable to settle in China by all accounts. Rangers refuse to go near that figure.

even if it was true about Jelavic, he would know not to expect 17k a week. He has just watched his mate, who's a better player with more international caps sign for 12k plus -a added win bonus.

would love it barton, kranjcar + jelavic most teams in spl would be beat in the tunnel, watch the rest of the our team flourish all the pressure is already on barton an kranjcar they will get blamed on every defeat hence the big money, would rather chase jelavic for the money he wants than another 3 squad players. sadly I don't see it but I thought the barton, kranjcar deals were non runners so never know.

This is not believable one bit. Kanu is actually a target for Celtic and we are not interested in altidore or Bradley. Mariappa and Bradshaw are targets tho that are believable abs could actually happen. But would love to hear how you heard this/ sources.?

I know because they two players wager are to high for rangers FACT! Bit I would love to be proven wrong I would like to see Bradley come to Ibrox but I'd would any money on it not happening same goes for altidore. Kanu is the most believable out the 3.

Ulster white, regarding your steven fletcher link, I heard from his uncles friend at a charity event last night that most definitely talks have taken place between rangers and steven fletcher about signing with us so I back you up on your story pal, good luck to your country northern ireland against wales this afternoon, hope you guys do it, I really do, I was asked last night at the charity night who I'd prefer us to sign between steven fletcher and kyle lafferty, my answer instantly was steven fletcher (a fit steven fletcher) !

I would personally have preferred McGovern, but hey ho, as for another Striker.

They are all fighting for one spot in the team, so as much as I would LIKE another accomplished scorer, I feel that we have enough if need be. Our squad is actually pretty beefy now in my opinion.

Mariappa Would be the final piece of the jigsaw. And if we could grab a high quality striker on loan then even better but I'd be happy enough. We will be a strong contender in all competitions. Nobody will want to come up against us. (Other than financial reasons! ) .

Waggy and O'hall play better in the wide fw position (based on last season) along with McKay and think Windass will be competition for that role. I think Miller and Hardie need a proper CF to challenge them (or for them to challenge for a starting place) .

Hardie certainly isn't the answer, don't see much there to be honest. Need a good solid goal scoring number 9 and a centre half then we'll be looking not too bad.
