With King pretty much confirming Stevie will add another 2, I think it's going to be a centre half and a striker, my guess is Beevers and Solanke, if it is solanke tho it will be on loan and I'd rather us actually buy someone and put them on a contact so we can get a nice wee profit only problem is who at the right age, ability etc is realistically availing?

It won't be either, FleetwoodBear. Beevers is rank rotten and is about three stone overweight and Solanke wants to stay and fight for a place at anfield.

Caw5,we were linked with big mark beevers when mark warburton first became our manager and i wanted him then. He was with millwall then and i'd seen a lot of him, he's exactly what we need. He's a big imposing, no nonsense centre half, who would be more than suited, for scottish football! I've also watched beevers recently, playing for bolton and IMO he's easily as good as jake cooper and would be a good bit cheaper! Hope gerrard does sign him, as he'd be a very good piece of business for us!

Glasgowrangersgooner, in case you're from the moon, i have seen plenty of championship football, which is without question, a better level than our scottish premiership! My point being regarding mark beevers, is he'd do well in scottish football. His style would suit scottish football,

Beevers is cumbersome, slow, prone to stupid mistakes, gets flustered, gets sent off (the referees up here would have a field day with this guy) and has played all of his career in the championship or league 1 for those very reasons. And he's nowhere near as good as Cooper. In short, he'd be a bombscare of a signing.

Supercoops, the rubbish spoken is that you say you've seen Beevers a lot and you still rate him as good enough for Rangers! Add to that 'easily as good as Jake Cooper' and 'he'd be a very good piece of business for us' and that's a whole pile of rubbish. To put it politely, the guy's as rubbish as your post. Heard today from a couple of differnt places with no commection to each other that there will be 3 more signings at least at they will be Davis, Solanke and a centre half, I no we have said that Davis isn't happening but I'm not so sure it won't, and there may be one more at end at window depending on how things are shaping up, but out the 3 it will be 2 transfers and a loan deal.

If there are to be anymore signings then I really hope at least one is a striker as I'm not convinced with the way SG has set up to play this season. Windass can't play wide and it's no coincidence his goals came when he moved into the no. 10 position. Morelos, sorry to say just doesn't inspire me with any confidence anymore.

If we play one up top like last season then we’ll drop points at home against the diddy teams (Hamilton, Livingston and Hibs for example) we must play two up top. and replace Morelos with a striker.
