I see the spl have announced this sham of an investigation is to continue on 29th january. There is 12 sanctions available to the committee. Anyone know what the 12 sanctions are? (Eventhough the will probably try to use the 13th/ non existant rule again)
I know one is strip the titles ... that one should be enough any more than that would be a bit much
Team sine die - ban for ever from any football.
" The term sine die is not heard too often these days but the last professional footballer to be banned for life in the UK was Glasgow Ranger's Captain William ˜Willie' Woodburn."
team would need be have proven cheating over many years to achieve this

Maybe you should try a lap dancing club ...... That's the only "stripping" your ganna see! LB
It really is about time we told the SPL to f**ck right off they have had their fun at our expense. They tried to bring us down and they failed!
Anyone think its a bit suss the day after HMRC's verdict in our favour that one of the spl panel 'falls ill', so much so it delays their verdict/investigation for over two months? I think they were expecting us to lose and were gonna be able to hammer us going on HMRC's verdict without having to really prove our guilty but now they actually need to try n build a case. Weve proved these were loans, and were in accounts every year. Good luck to them
WATP
Bluenose
So the witch-hunt continues!!!
Perhaps once this sham is over, the fans should fill the coffers of the RFF and hire a few 'ambulance-chaser' lawyers to rip this nest of corrupt, bigoted vipers to shreds and DEMAND compensation, not ask...DEMAND.....treat them the same way they have treated us.
Its appears that there are only two sets of fans in Scotland these days....Rangers fans and Rangers haters!!!!
Forget about the legalities; the rules are quite clear - All payments associated with football must be disclosed.
Looking forward to a few more title parties!
Oh yeah, did anyone find out what happened to the rest of the RFF coffers before you think about swelling them any further?
Any money paid to a player other than expenses must be put in the players contract ... money paid into a trust on behalf of the player would come under that category ... the titles are getting took whether it was taxable or not
Any money related to playing must be put in a contract and declared. as these have been proved to be loans they are not playing related and dont need to be declared. . . .simples
Spl delay was annouced week ago, due to car accident..... this well before hrmc decision, just new date for meeting announced
but why let facts get in the way of good spin...
The point everyone is missing the player withdrawing the money was described as a loan but the side notes that stated set amounts of money would be paid in to the fund at set times when the player signed the contract will breach the rules ... notice the wording in the rule ANY money thats paid to a player other than expenses ... that includes contractual loans as the word states... (ANY)
The tax tribunal was chaired by a qc the spl hearing will be chaired by a lord thats like asking a plumber to be dictated to by a plumbers mate their is no chance a lord will take any notice of what qc,s say they are as high as they get

as they know the result a couple weeks before public annoucement, would they fake this? anyway whatever happens, everyones hiding now, spl, neil lennon, paul mcstay, etc and the sfa, lets get a statements as leaders of our country, were is the statement supporting a memeber club, in their not guilty verdict with hmrc
LOL, they were disclosed, payments to the EBT were disclosed in Rangers annual accounts.
Oh, and if all money's paid must be included in a players contract then bonuses would have to be decided at the start of the contract, yet it's common knowledge that players agree their bonuses at the start of each season.
I thought it was a case that Rangers Oldco paid into a trust fund as did MIM a fund which provided loans to employees of both companies, Rangers did not give a loan to any player a trust fund did, one which was not exclusive to any company. It was not Gers who decided loans amount or recipient.
I hope we never play in the corrupt SPL ever again. This league set up should be disbanded immediately along with Neil Doncaster @ Stewart Reagan (amateurs who are ruining Scottish football). One governing body please led by David longmuir.

Agreed Regan & Doncaster must go as they are a disgrace. Why Is Longmuir the saviour all of a sudden though? Because he is friendly with Ballantyne & Ogilvie? Brother helping brother is why this mess began!
Rangers didn't register their players nor their individual paperwork correctly with the SPL/ SFA.
One line in Annual accounts mentioning the EBT fund is not player registration!
Alastair Johnston knows this. That's why he says yeah guilty but we'll only get a slap on the wrist. I beg to differ and think he's wrong.
All academic anyway as its old clubs titles and new club has none.
The fact is that the SPL are only interested in saving face so they have to act as though there is still a case to answer - pathetic really but they have already spent thousands on getting a panel together etc so that is what is driving them. - Rangers are bigger than this load of rubbish as we have proved all season. - the whole of Yorkshire is behind us by the way....Yorkielad
I see at the top of this page there is an advert for jumping nhs queues. thats apt innit.
Lets be honest there's a huge shift in the media description of current Rangers. Suddenly it's a new club. Old rangers destroyed, etc..... Driven off to the morgue...
The SPL investigation will declare CGs club brand new and strip 5 titles from the old club back to 49. No doubt about it.
SPL hearing was postponed because Roddy McKenzie QC was badly injured in a car crash in which someone, unfortunately, was killed. The blase attitude of some on here is revolting.
WRT the hearing, whether the EBTs were or were not illegal is immaterial.this is about whether or not any of our players were illegally registered. The SPL rules state ALL payments must be declared on one contract. The FTT ruled that we,RFC, had deliberately withheld info from SPL/SFA,ie,payments were not divulged.this would normally mean an open and shut case.
here's the rub:
We're either a totally new team and the Investigation has nothing to do with us(not true as CG accepted as part of the agreement to let us play this season that TRFC would be liable for any football sanctions levied against Oldco),
or,
We're a continuation of oldco, never liquidated. Therefore automatically liable for anything coming our way.
Some choice.
Think on this:
If I ran a poll on here asking what punishment should be meted out to a club that deliberately played ineligible players for 11 years at home and abroad,I'd bet nearly 100% would say said club should be thrown out of football.
If I ran another poll asking what punishment should be meted out to Rangers for playing ineligible players for 11 years, what do you think the percentage would be?.
" Rangers are bigger than this load of rubbish as we have proved all season."
----------------------------------------
Rangers thought they were bigger than HMRC and their creditors, look where that got them. If you chant WATP often enough one starts to believe it, Pavlov had a dog like that.
If you asked Charles Green behind closed doors with no witnesses what he would prefer, stripped titles or any other punishment, he would take stripped titles.
Any other punishment would cost the newco money.
Rangers and Celtic fans are representive of society as a whole, most are reasonable people and a few are complete cretins. The problem is, bigoted people shout the loudest and do the most harm.
Pavlov had a dog that chanted WATP?? Holy **** thats the coolest thing ive ever heard! Not only is it a talking dog, but bitter blue one aswell. Is it on youtube?
Let the SPL have their sanctions. They'll be a part of history themselves soon. Their land-grab on the SFL smacks of desparation and I really hope the SFL win the battle. Not because I think their plan is better (I actually think the SPL's plan makes for a better league structure) but because SFL's plan is to eradicate the SPL.
If Hearts or another big club falls on rough times, there will be as much power in the SFL as there is in the SPL.
