Is kris Boyd going to rangers {The Ed039's Note - Nobody is going to Rangers until at least September, unless they are under 18 years of age)

Wasn't he overweight, lazy and benefitted from being in a great Rangers team? I don't believe for one minute he has enough appetite to work with us in whatever division we are in next season. He's finished I'm afraid.

@reply 1 were you one of these supporters that when he was at Ibrox his goals weren't enough for you? He scored 7 in 22 for portland not that bad he would score in div2 in Scotland no bother.

Read my reply! Has he the appetite to play for us in the 2nd division? Think before critising! I enjoyed his goals then but that doesn't mean they will happen again.

Why is it that folk can't look forward boyd has had his time and thought the grass was greener on the other side thanks but no thanks i'd rather give kai naismith a run in the team

There seems to be a common misconception here. We can sign players if we wish. But we can't register them until September. Many media outlets report us as having a "Transfer Embargo" when in actual fact it's a "Registration Embargo". In my opinion, I'd take Boyd back in a heartbeat!

True, it is a registration embargo, but do you really believe that Green would pay the wages of a player who could not play for 9 months? So it is effectively a transfer embargo.

He may well sign for the club founded as Rangers/RangersScotland but he'll never play for the liquidated Rangers again - that would just be silly!

Well sure, I can see where you're coming from. Why would we pay wages for players that can't kick a ball 'til September? I'd only sign them if we could ship them off on loan for 6 months.

Keep kicking...you are only making yourself look more stupid!

@ 10 how does telling the truth make you look stupid?Boyd can't sign for the club in liquidation.

@3 I did read your reply and you are quite clearly slagging him off you say he was lazy and overweight when at Ibrox. he's the SPLs all time top scorer and what makes you think he has lost his appetite? I pointed out that his record at portland was not that bad and coming Home would reignite his fire WATP

Kris Boyd is trying for a club in England, source tv, better money down there and he wouldn'd get his place at Rangers.

After yesterdays dismal showing I would say that an even more unfit than normal kris boyd would have scored 2 or 3 with the chances missed yesterday, sandaza at 5k a week someones having a laugh !

He wouldn't get a place at rangers ? Have you seen the chances Sandaza has been missing ? Get a grip mate, our strikers are poor and not in body's league in terms of scoring goals

Give my head piece with boyd. his time is over with rangers. we don't need him in any way shape or form. great penalty box finisher but in my opinion at this level or the next level above not what is required. lyle taylor, ryan donnelly to name 2 are what we need. young, talented and with a chance of making the grade with the right experience. boyd is a waste of a jersey at this level and in 3 years time at 32/33 won't cut it at the highest level in scotland

I know kal naismith and he is rotten, honestly, why he would get a jersey for anyone I don't know

Kris Boyd is a frickin goal machine, welcome back to Rangers ANY DAY
