Gers need a new team from front to back, but with no cash what else can they do but get loanees and frees? if king wants an need investment in rangers he needs to show his hands first by investing more to get better quality in before other investors will want to invest knowing they get a return with gers back top of league and in europe .
there is no point really in loanees just look at toral, hyndman etc., in a few weeks they're off back to own their own club once again. rangers are short of players when they should have spent some cash on ali campbell, moult swanson etc. ok might not have cost miĺions but at least we know they're here for 2-4 years fighting for the Gers and not 8-9 months.

THink given kings lack in trust in warbs was the reason for loans in Jan, after wasting 500k on moh and god knows on Barton's and senderos and kracjars wages. They said at the start of season the aim was to get into Europe and as we should do this I reckon you'll see 5 10 mill spent.

Ali crawford mate you mean, agree we should have took some of the best spl players that would have helped a lot better instead boys from league 1 and 2 that baffled me lettun hemmings and stewart slip threw our fingers is a travesty instead we got garner never worth 1.8 mil jackson irvine another player i would have took along side boyce whos way better than waghorn

starman can u tell me how much u know about kings financial clout and what he is willing to do for us?
me personally think he will spend around 6-8 mill this season but maybe that's just wishfull thinking

I can not see JT sign for us next season but I could see Brendan Rogers take him to celtic. but after today's performance we need to get some strong defenders and a couple of leaders in the team as well and a goal scorer I feel we played so much better in the second half but we need a full game like that especially with us in Europe next season as well.

I agree seebrofg i thought defensively we were ok apart from first goal. We actually created more clear cut chances! We need penalty box poacher and midfield needs clear out. A leader? We need at least 8. Miller and Tav were our only battlers today.

can't blame the team they put in an effort but for next season we can just rely on 2 centre backs that have no experience in Europe and as we had no leadership in defence which leaf to the first goal and as I have said before tav should be in midfield and we need to get a controlling right back sort of like Dani Alves style player that can defend but also attack

Bates done ok today cleared his lines and didn't make any rash decision. Bit pissed with the way tav dived in but we weren't showing up today anyway. Poor performance and not good enough

wow where do we find this rubbish from anyone who watched today will see were so far away its scary I've never saw a rangers team show respect to their rivals like we did today personally feel the manager has to take the blame for the way we setup first but also players nd to have look at themselves what you lack in ability you make up with desire and that wasnt on show today tav and bates only ones close to pass marks today we nd the board to supply serious cash in the summer but we all know that won't be the case

Yeah Celtic do have a better side but 2-0 and 1a penalty they are not un-catchable. Pedro must prove that he is the best man for the job when it comes to recruitment and promotion from development squad plus the transfer of outgoing players.
This team is NOT his and results outwith the last Old Firm game and the nxt must be taken with this in mind.
IMO Rossiter Nico Beerman and Atayaki will have a huge affect on how we play. We have 2 exciting Wingers in Beerman and Atayaki that could save us millions! These guys are young hungry and will want to show everyone what they are all about and I hope they get the chance.
Same with Rossiter I hope he wants to repay the Club for all we have done. Nico has tons of ability and with Rossiter its just a case of fitness BUT these 4 players could help Caixinha loads when it comes to just how much he can spend on any 1 player. I want to see Caixinha buying quality 3-4 players in the 1.5-2m bracket 3-4 freebies and 2-3 loans.
Its all on Caixinha and his ability to bring in players at a decent age 24-29 physically ready I know 2-3 will be younger guys who Pedro thinks are unearthed GEMS!

Agreed UJ, give Pedro a chance to get a few players in and out before we criticise him. This is the squad he got from MW and we have improved our results since he joined. I have faith in Pedro, things will come right but not as quickly as some of us would like. The board must 'Show us the money'.

Is it a bit of a coincidence that the only people that are up in arms about no nomad is Ashley and the old board? Reason why we haven't appointed one is I think we have Ashley and co by the balls to not publically trade the shares. King has put in place a sound business model in place to put us competitive in the spl with the losses being approximately what we are missing out with the merch deal. I for one hope king stays! Am sure when we perform on the park these non stories about king will clear!

What planet are you on? The reason there is no nomad is because king drove the club into the ground by lying and brainwashing the support who then helped him starve and erode the foundations before he bought it up cheap and illegally and now a nomad won't work with the club or king as a man/ businessman or invest in a business that needs millions to survive every few months. Last time I checked ashley still has the club by the balls with the kit deal.

It must be great to think that we have a guy who is worth 4 billion plus by the balls, he must really be fretting over what comes next. This is the guy who could make us a real force in Europe, if we would accept him.

Well personally I hope that the rumour is true and that we see the back of King! He brings nothing to the Club financially and if he wasn't a Rangers supporter he would be seen as little different to those that have gone before him since the end of the Lawrence Dynasty.
We need to renegotiate the Sports Direct Deal so that it works for the Club, that could be done but not while King is in control. There is too much bad blood between him and Ashley! We also need to find a new sponsorship deal and in due course a new shirt manufacturer so we can generate serious income on the back of being both in Europe and in the top league. Somehow I don't see us doing that with King at the top.
The remainder of our current Board generally has credibility. Outside of Ibrox I suspect that King has very little.
If only we could attract someone like McColl or even a consortium led by the ex Crystal Palace guy!

zandermac, he would not make us a force, he wants us to be his b-team for newcastle, nothing else and look at what he has done down there. he hasn't put his money in and is still raking in more money from them than he ever would put back in, so why on earth would he help us. honestly open your eyes mate, ashley is not the way forward.
and to the other guys that said king ripped up the foundations that were at the club; 1 question mate what foundations?
Are you honestly saying the club was in a better position before king came in because everyone with a brain and a set of eyes can see we are much better off!

What Ashley has done at Newcastle is not investing in them but giving them interest free loans to spend big and any transfer fees he makes on selling he with draws from the club. Funny how McLeod was sold for 500k and immediately after the Newcastle 5 came along with a contingent payment of 500k if we got promoted. Regarding my comment about having Ashley by the balls we can all see that it isn't about the money the guy can't stand losing and not getting his way. This is what I think king is using to leaverage a better sports direct deal.

Just read that Ryan Jack has REFUSED to rule out a move to us in the summer despite mcinnes insisting he had. that to me suggests there is some truth to the rumour, people seem to think he couldn't bring anything but from what I've seen he runs there midfield and has a bit of dig which is just what we need.

Watched the game yesterday and the game against us and to be honest he done nothing in both games to merit a move. Hardly a stand out in my opinion. Better quality required.

remember the manky mob have had their number all season and even when we got beat off of them we have been the better team every time we have played them so i wouldn't say he would add anything to our midfield but since toral and hyndman are on their way back out thenjack could be a good signing but in my honest opinion he isn't better than what's here already and that is what we need right now better players better quality.
