Throughout his career Gennaro Gattuso has promised to return to Rangers one day.

A few years ago he said "I won't go at 35 or 36, I'll go when I've still got something to offer them".

He is now 33 and his contract with Milan runs out this year, so expect to see him come in in the Summer.

Boyd is linked with Bursaspor and reported to be offered 50k a week but the lure of pulling on the blue jersey might be more tempting than the money.

Rangers will rekindle their interest now but any move depends on Charlie Adam moving to another club from Blackpool as Gers will recieve at least £750,000 depending on the fee.

As for the loans Smith mentioned I believe the striker is indeed Kris Boyd, but as for the defender, that's anyone's guess!

This is absolute nonsense, you should actually listen to what Walter Smith has been saying before you make a comment. Walter Smith has said today in the pre match press conference . . "We've been looking around for a little while to find a couple of players we can bring in on loan until the end of the season. So far, we've not been successful. But we will continue to look and try to supplement our squad a little. We've got the money to bring in a couple of players on loan but a transfer fee is probably outwith our capability at the moment."

Expect 2 loan signings before window shuts, the 400,000 received from miller sale will go to wages for new loan players, which will allow us to give a player up to 22k per week and with miller leaving he was on 20k per week, we have 42k per week which we can spend on 2 players i am expecting david healy and jonny evans to sign but i think another winger should be a priority as we are a bit light and need more quality on the wings! !
