Auditors Deloitte also addressed the letter warning of legal action by former Rangers oldco owner Craig Whyte and his associate Aidan Earley, who claim to be the rightful owner of the club's assets through involvement in Sevco 5088 Limited, which previously agreed an exclusivity deal for the club's assets with administrators Duff and Phelps.

This won't go away and accounts have had to state it.

Dave king says that this holds no water. Who else can we trust if not one of our own? Watp

OP can you please read this. CW is a confirmed spoff merchant. If I thought for one minute CW was getting anything I will gladly run the length of the Copland then round Ibrox naked. That's how confident I am.

Agree0 Disagree0

Liberty capital paid £1.6m in accounts, owner of liberty. whyte!.

naked streak when you ready.

Agree4 Disagree0

The accounts are out Craig Whyte has got no claim to anything either that or the accounts are fraudulently presented which I doubt.

Agree1 Disagree0

£1.6 million for trashing our club and not paying tax insurance and vat collected from honest decent people. After not paying a penny of your his own money and going out onto the pitch to unfurl a flag for a championship he had sod all to do with. Has there ever been such a brass necked crooked lying chancer? It really proves the old theory that sh#te floats

Agree2 Disagree1

If delottie have to address the white and earley claim then there must be a reeal chance of them coming back to haunt us if not why bother

Agree3 Disagree0

£14 million of a shortfall, nevermind Whyte, Green etc that was some paycut McCoist stated he took if he still managed a take home pay of £825,000. No wonder he doesn't do walking away.

Agree1 Disagree0

I agree with the above post - what the hell is mccoist doing taking that kind of money when the club he (tries to) manage is in the myre. it stinks. I know he's a legend, but he's grabbing as much as the persons that have left us where we are now.

Agree0 Disagree1

Craig Whyte obtained the club by deception and defrauded Ticketus to obtain the assests, even if he won it would be recovered under the proceeeds and returned to the victum of the crime in this case Sir David Murray.

Agree0 Disagree2

Allys wages were based in the June timeframe so his cut, whatever it is, will be from the stated £825 pa. What a set of accounts though! Absolutely shocking and I hope the fans can now see what is really happening. Green and company have systematically robbed the club. The float expenses are frankly unbelievable as well as the wages, bonuses, pay offs etc. Absolute disaster for me!

Dunfermline match called off

Agree1 Disagree3

D&P sold the assets to sevco5088 Ltd, fronted by Green but agreed with Craig Whyte.

Craig Whyte introduced Green to D&P in a restaurant in London. The purchase and sale of property requires lawyers representing the seller and purchaser, just like buying a house. Two sets of solicitors were involved and the purchase/ sale to sevco5088 Ltd is a legal historical fact that cannot be denied or changed.

Agree0 Disagree0

To suggest that he simply signed a Contract without reading it will surprise some people.

Agree1 Disagree0

Who signs a contract and doesn't know what the rate of pay is going to be - Ally everyone else is taking us for mugs

Agree1 Disagree0

Green said Whyte wanted £1m a year for the use of ibrox and Murray park. That's a strong claim on ownership.
Green said he was renaming them and having sponsors on them. It never happened and not because he didn't need the money.
It can't be sell and leaseback cause u can't sell Whyte's property.
A deal will be done.
Whyte will give assets or income from assets to ticketus or honour their original four year seats deal.

Accounts are out and AGM is 24th October.

Believable32 Unbelievable17

Accounts may be out but does any business minded rangers supporter believe them, even if they are correct the 11 million left at the end of june will have taken a pounding by now, craig mather is trying to paint a decent picture but he probably won't be here in 3 weeks time then he can sell his story to the papers about the cover up

Agree5 Disagree1

£19.1m turnover, with £14m loss. Unbelievable only up to June so covered third division football only. £14m loss in third div SFL. Must be world record.
No mention of the vanished £22m share money in media reports!

Agree4 Disagree2

Just had a read there at the accounts, ally has taken around 2 million in ages and bonuses in 13 month no wonder he can take a pay cut, he's on more than the dortmund manager and he got to a champions league final, I fear the worse

Agree3 Disagree0

£30m spent and we make profit and huv to pay tax on it?

Oh and there is £20m revaluation in goodwill for ibrox?otherwise £14m loss would be double?

Agree1 Disagree0

How much exactly was Allys sacrifice of pay cut. Strange that rangers pr or even ally didn't promote the amount when making his grand gesture. Was it a fivrr. Tenner maybe?

Agree0 Disagree0

Releasing the news on the Barca game day. Burying the focus and attention. Clever? Or typical?
I think its typical Jabba, thinking he's clever.

Agree1 Disagree1

Burning £7.5m every three months according to accounts, so can't be much of that cash balance left.

Agree0 Disagree0

Page 39 - IPO money used as working capital!

Agree0 Disagree1

The most alarming thing is an operating loss of £14m in a 13 period does equate to just losing just over a £1M a MONTH, exactly what some of the media have been saying. Deferred tax of £7. 8M too. I fear the worst.

Agree0 Disagree0

Why are we allowed to defer tax. Surely given the history HMRC would be ensuring this was paid.
Given the Share money and 2 years season ticket money, how can we be where we are surely the fraud squad should be all over this.

Agree2 Disagree0

Mccoist has taken around £ 2million out the kitty! a bloody scandal! He`s puting himself forward as the clubs unofficial saviour and at the same time getting wages comparable with some european managers! He is already a multi -millionare thanks to the fans over the years - he should be working for nothing. Greed upon greed. The fans are being taken for mugs!

Agree1 Disagree1

It basically looks like a £2.5m monthly average spend with a £1.1m overspend of income each month. The IPO covering the overspend.

Looks like dave kings prediction about us re entering administration is a realistic possibility. Mccoist taking home 16k per week at this level beggers belief!

Agree1 Disagree0

McCoist is an imposter and is no better than the other spivs who have ransacked the club. He is laughing all the way to the bank and must enjoy some of the gullible loyal singing super ally every home game

Agree2 Disagree3

Disgusted by the comments about Ally, if not for him the club would have been gone. He is the only one who has volunteered to take a pay cut TWICE. Some of you need to have a good look at yourself.

Super Ally Loyal

Jonno

Can u please explain giving us actual evidence of how the club would have gone if Ally had not been there? Don't be such a drama queen!

Agree1 Disagree1

How has mccoist taken 2m out he's only had 1 full years wages and a don't think he got bonus some really poor accountants on here the figures aren't my forte so does the money spent tally up with what came in or are there missing millions

Agree1 Disagree0

Green made of with £5m, after paying just £25k.

Fans ipo money went into greens pockets. or bought of d&p.

Agree0 Disagree0

McCoist £2m = £863K in wages to June 2013 (it is now october, so add on 3-4 months) + 1m shares issued for 1p (for which Bears paid 70p ea. )
That's near enough £2m as makes no odds!

Agree2 Disagree0

People bringing mccoist dwn for his wage? Hows tht his fault?

Agree1 Disagree0

this is nothing to do with Ally this is to do with people milking the club for what they can get, the team has cost peanuts compared to the directors especially green

Agree1 Disagree1

So mccoists had just over 1m in wages he was given those shares which count for Nowt until he sells but anybody who says they wouldn't have taken those shares are bare faced liars if rangers wer to go bust again the 1m shares would be worth sweet f a the way everybody is reacting to mccoists wages you would think he was the one that gave himself that salary

Agree1 Disagree0

Mccoists wages are a scandel but people should be looking to the others whom have made mccoist wages look like peanuts get them to feck then we can get rid of superally

Agree1 Disagree0

I cannot believe there are people on here still spouting the same old Super Ally rubbish. Listen, he may be a fan, lots of people are but he is taking Champions League wages form a club who have just come out of the 3rd division. If the club is shipping money then he should have been the 1st to have his wages aligned with the league the club is playing in. This is not just McCoist, there will be Durrant, McDowell plus all the other guys all on 6 figures. These guys are earning 2, 3, 4 times what the players are earning, really! Rangers are in a bad bad way, not enough money coming in to fund the lifestyle they are trying to live. The reason Charlie was so keen to get the share issue down quickly was to make sure he did this on the crest of a blind wave. He said all the right things at the right times and that bought him time to put in place the perfect plan to make himself a multi millionaire on the back of the Rangers fans blind faith. People tried to warn the fans not to get into bed with Green, ex players tried to warn you how much trouble this would bring, yet the Rangers fans accused them all of being scaremongers and they followed the puppet master, well now it is all coming home to roost. Rangers cannot sustain this level of spending as they do not have the money and the only natural scenario is to default and that is the worst possible thing that could happen to Rangers. Rangers need to cut the costs and the biggest cost is the very average management team they have. I am sure that Terry Butcher is not on anywhere near that kind of money and his team are sitting at the top of the SPFL. I reckon his whole management team salary would be less than a quarter of Ally's ridiculous wage. Did you watch the telly last night, and Ally is being paid more than a manager who's club are turning millions in profit every year. Time to wake up and smell the coffee. Nobody is saying you have to hate Ally but for the sake of the bigger picture he has to either have a new contract on 10% of what he is currently earning or he needs to go.

Agree2 Disagree0

Tom English (I know) said that ally is on more money than David Cameron, Barack Obama, and Angela Merkel combined if that's true its diabolical. One thing I've always said about Ally he's too friendly with chairman /CEO SDM according to him was brilliant for the club, Whyte - he was drinking tea with him days before administration, Green the man for the job according to him (while pocketing a million shares ), now Mathers is a great guy a few pints and listen to Bruce Springsteen

Agree1 Disagree0

2 posts above it was me that posted superally in my post it was said in a sarcastic manner tmwnn

Agree0 Disagree0

Think Ally's wages are considerably higher than any of the players wages and it's ridiculous that we need 2 assistants on silly money to get us out the 2nd division. I can't believe people on here still defending the manager. They need to wake up and see what's going on
