Rangers Rumours
Hi. A, a Celtic fan but these are the rumours I have heard. Firstly regarding the takeover and the nonsense spouted by some, probably Celtic fans who are a bit concerned about Rangers having cash. Craig Whyte is "financially clean" as far as i am aware. Andrew Ellis is a different matter but he will not be the main shareholder so that shouldn't be a problem. Already well reported that Rangers will NOT have much to spend in Jan window but 5-6m to spend in the summer + whatever is brought in from sales. Goodwillie and Commons are long-term targets and expect them at Ibrox in the summer. McGregor is a possible sale as Alexander is more than capable but have heard that Craig Gordon could move back up to Scotland after the end of the season and Rangers may pip Celtic for his signature. As for whomever wrote that K Boyd is a target for 250k. what!

Apparently Craig Whyte has a very colourful past, a trail of failed businesses and bad debt following him about and a list of creditors including Lloyd's bank and Her majesty's finest (how f#ckin ironic is that) after him, perhaps he is not "the knight in shining armour" you think he is ."
Look im not saying he is but this stinks of a Celtic fan desparate to berate anyone who is interested in Rangers. I can see why, your club are substandard and can't even beat a Rangers team who have no money and a tiny squad, whats that smell? Fear i believe.

Whyte was a former pupil at dalziel high school in motherwell and was a big motherwell fan, dont know why they state he was a rangers fan, he was in the same year as me.
