Please please let it not be another liar no more liars. Les

Agree0 Disagree0

What does Souness know about running a business. We need somebody like Jim McColl

Agree0 Disagree0

He may not be CEO but is still the largest shareholder. worrying!

Agree0 Disagree0

Souness will do for me. We need someone strong that will be willing to stand up to those that seek to destroy the Club such as Lawwell, Milne and Thomson

Agree0 Disagree1

Never Souness, somebody who has good business knowledge and can bring money into the club.

Agree0 Disagree0

Think souness left the old club for Liverpool why would he come to a new club

Agree1 Disagree1

Why Souness?? He was happy enough 2 walk away when Liverpool came calling, we need some1 willing 2 see this out. I would try 2 get some1 like Park or McColl who know how 2 make a buisness succesfull not some1 like Green who wants 2 b centre stage

Taking over the position short term is not important, there are enough bears out there with the savvy to do the job. Probem is not many seem willing to stump up the cash to do it and it is looking more likley by the day that the club will be won or lost in the courts which will seriously affect any ability to move forward. Don't think the future looks bright at the moment.

5) Souness will do for me. We need someone strong that will be willing to stand up to those that seek to destroy the Club such as Lawwell, Milne and Thomson.

Please STOP can't you just listen to yourself? spouting off your childish pathetic nonsence about other clubs trying to destroy your club!
Man up the blame "lies" within IBROX past and present!
Everyones entitled to an opinion but yours is just STUPID! or have you just tanned a bottle of Buckie?

Agree2 Disagree1

He may not be CEO but is still the largest shareholder, or is he?

Agree0 Disagree0

Brilliant! I love the hopeless enthusiasm on this site. NOT! Souness? Do you guys really not know what's going on, or are you just hiding your heads in the sand again? Aaarrrrr! Wake up for God's sake before it is way too late! Our club, with all that has been revealed recently, is teetering on the brink again and you are coming our with this hopeless romantic rubbish! This is bad, really bad! And, unless every Rangers supporter gets wise, and is not sucked in by a long line of con men, our beloved club might never recover!

Agree3 Disagree1

What about the great suprendo that's who wee need

Agree0 Disagree1

Where were all the Rangers men when they allowed Whyte then Green take over the club? Green & Whyte wanted the club for a few pennies and got it, the so called Rangers men wanted the same so what's the difference? in our time of need those so called multi-millionaires were found wanting and let Rangers slip into foreign hands, another word of warning, do we really want the same people, blue knights etc back on board when most of them were in someway responsible for bringing Rangers to there knees - Rangers men and then shysters are to blame for what is going on at Ibrox, NOT the SFA, Lawwell, Thomson or anyone else outside the marble staircase and until we stop blaming everyone else this shambles is never going to end.

How is it lawwell, milne, and thomson that's trying to destroy your club. don't you get it yet. YOUR CLUB WAS DESTROYED BY YOUR OWN DIRECTORS. so why do you keep persisting in blaming other people, for gods sake man wake up. your club was destroyed from within and is still being destroyed from within. gary

Agree0 Disagree0

Our club was destryed by threats from hmrc if dm had sat tight we would be on the verge of winning our 55th premier league tittle money problems where under control till threats from hmrc

Agree0 Disagree0

"Our club was destryed by threats from hmrc if dm had sat tight we would be on the verge of winning our 55th premier league tittle money problems where under control till threats from hmrc"

Rubbish!.
We were in financial trouble years before HMRC even got involved. We were living on money borrowed by SDM and hardly ever made a profit, usually loosing circa £10m per season.
By the way, we're still loosing over £1m per month. Any business, whether, TRFC, Marks & Sparks, Apple, etc that consistently spends more than it earns will eventually go bust. If we don't learn to live within our means then administration 2 is a certainty. We don't need "Rangers Minded" men right now. What we need are sound businessmen with a reputation for taking the hard decisions necessary to allow the club to survive, no matter what. if we don't balance the books, there will probably be no club to worry about!

Agree0 Disagree0

The club was a financial basket case and would have gone bust the moment it exited the CL. The business model was for sale for 2 years and nobody went near it, if Rangers did not qualify for group stages it lost 10-12 million.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ha ha, souness? he still has to explain how he got an ebt when he wasnt even employed by rangers. dodgy transfers?
the french guy? he started the process which ended in bankruptcy.

Charles Green has indicated to the Rangers board he will leave his role as chief executive of the club.

Green became chief executive after leading a consortium that purchased the assets of the liquidated Rangers Football Club plc.

He is now to subject of an independent investigation, commissioned by the club's board, following allegations of covert dealings with former Rangers owner Craig Whyte.

Does that mean allys got 10 million to spend now or will wee craigy gie him more hail hail

Agree0 Disagree0

Will it ever stop?
Carry On Rangers.

Sid James for chairman.

Agree2 Disagree0

Is he jumping before being pushed?

Cprs1

Agree2 Disagree0

To team up with his old mate Craig and claim the booty from the grand scheme they hatched a couple of years ago?

Agree2 Disagree0

His resignation is an admission of something untoward, he obviously misled the fans regarding the involvement of CW. Now there will be a tussle over the assets, the investors will vanish and the share price will plummet.

This club could be back in administration before the new season starts, it is delusional to believe all season tickets will be renewed under these circumstances.

Agree6 Disagree1

Green's decision to step down makes me believe that he was involved with whyte after all!

Agree3 Disagree0

Ed I don't know if you remember or not but last week I commented on here and told you charles green would had resigned my source told me that it was decided at the meeting at the weekend before the clyde game and my source tells me there may be more resignations in the wake of the craig whyte revelations and one who could resign is brian stockbridge rangers finance director. watch for more revelations to about green and craig whyte.

Agree4 Disagree0

If he is to resign it is defently in his interest, hold on bears this is going to get very nasty, or it's going to be total silence, you would think if your super ally and smith and co love the fans of rangers that much they would do the decent thing and tell you the truth they are all up to ther necks in it and they don't want you to know nothing, that's ther way, can't wait to see who the next chairman is and will he use the it's celtics fault like his as much as this is all they seem to say to the rangers fans and it's tunnel vision, jodrok

Agree2 Disagree0

An unnamed investor cashed in 50,000 shares this afternoon, says it all.

Agree1 Disagree0

According to tv, no official announcement from Rangers till Monday because of stock market rules. There's been a sugestion he will hand his shares to the fans.

Agree0 Disagree3

Could Charles green's offer to resign be because Craig Whyte called his bluff about going to court and has informed the stock exchange to day that he owns Rangers assets in a joint statement with the Worthington group.

Agree2 Disagree0

Thank God for that. The guy is a complete embarrassment to Scottish Football.

Agree2 Disagree0

Lets hope the investigation is still to take place. If not the whole thing is a total sham. This man has been as bad as the others before him and some in pwoer know what has been going on and should also be resigning. let's also hope he hasn't been paid any of his money as per contract just like he treated Sandaza,,, I think not.

Agree2 Disagree0

So chuckie does do walking away then lol

Agree3 Disagree0

Basically its the same cronies the same SPIVS the same cleeq.

I said it b4 nobody from the old club should be anywhere near the new club. Nobody. Including smith and McCoist.

The share money isn't there and I predict Stockbridge will resign quickly.

Isn't Imran Ahmed being investigated by the serious fraud office?

Agree1 Disagree0

The reality is it doesn't matter what goes on in the boardroom or the courts, Rangers will survive if the fans stay loyal and support the club through season ticket sales.

If not then you have walked away and your club is right back in administration, it just cannot survive without 30,000 plus season tickets, the fixed running costs are just too high.

Its your choice, no more excuses.

Agree1 Disagree0

Is this what it sounds like when the penny finally drops. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Agree0 Disagree0

N4 noone is going anywere with rangers money that money is stuck out of reach in a london bank to be used by rangers football club

He has already done it rangers. co. uk check it out

Agree0 Disagree0

What happens if Whyte as he says still owns Rangers?

Agree0 Disagree0

Whyte is linked to green and to octopus and to ticketus. they all the same bunch

ticketus won court case against whyte

whyte will win court case against Sevco 5088

BDO will turnup to undo D&P sale. and assets (ibrox and murray park - £50m on day day) bought from £5m will be loooong gone

While Leggo (green said building houses in dessert like lego) and Murdo claim media campaigns fans and shareholders get mugged

Whyte mugged 26,000 ger shareholders with admin/liquidation long con

Green has dupped 5000 ger fans with the IPO - they left holding paper that lost 40% of its value in 30 days on AIM!

Agree1 Disagree0

Whyte has said just wants £1mill a year to rent Ibrox. , probably half that for murray park.

10% of ST each year does not go to park or manager, but to whyte for SAVING rangers. ?

Agree0 Disagree0

Can it get any worse.

Does the Rangers board not have a responsibility to protect our club.

Or do they sit back and collect the wages?
