Can't believe the papers today with the story about the smell down Celtic way & telling fans to get a wash!
You just couldn't make this up LOL

onward & upward

Can't believe the papers are so slow, we've been telling the great unwashables for years!

17 Sep 2015 07:49:25
Apparently stewards have narrowed it down to 50,000 suspects.

Jod1872, the easiest way to clean that lot up would be to wait until their place is fully sold out and just fly over their stadium and fumigate the lot of them, lol. Oh that's right, their place is never sold out any more, lol

Was the poor (3-0) performance at Ibrox last Saturday, a blip and will we get back to the free flowing football against Dumbarton this Saturday?

PS - Scott Allan did not travel to Amsterdam, apparently he has bedsores on his erky perky caused by long spells sitting on his bum watching celtic.

Don't think it was a poor performance. Can't expect to score 5 goals every time we take to the pitch.
It would be nice though.

17 Sep 2015 17:49:15
Aye a saw that wi scott Allan is he injured or did he just make a switch to the wrong side of glasgow? Considering how many decent midfielders they have me thinks another poor club choice for wee scotty. Glad we didn't get him now anyway we have enough quality in the middle

Dave King said the other day that he wanted to reinstate the old operating company with regard to The Famous Glasgow Rangers, and remunerate aggrieved parties.
This did not come about as a whim or an idea plucked out of thin air.
His statement was intentional because he had been updated by his legal department regarding the impending indictments against various peoples who have allegedly broken certain laws deemed illegal in Scotland and Great Britain.
If laws have indeed been broken and said parties are found guilty then this will allow DK as a former director of the operating company to sue for losses, and the demise of the operating company. It will also allow the various and individual share holders to seek recompense.
It will also DK to sue various institutions for allegedly leaking documents and information and allegedly for not carrying out due diligence on those that are indicted.
It may also allow DK to seek recompense for institutions allegedly seeking to contribute to The Famous Glasgow Rangers being demoted.

It may also be noted that if these indictments are successful then Police Scotland may then think it is necessary to carry out searches on these said institutions, allegedly.

What a tangled web we weave when first we flatter to deceive.

In 15 years as an insolvency practitioner I have never seen a company in liquidation being unliquidated. Kings comments are ill advised ie not advised at all and it won't happen. It is legally possible but it's unheard of and especially in this case where legal actions will be ongoing for many years. So if we are competing in Europe in 7 years do we just stop that while the renewed company builds up a 3 year audited accounts track record?

If as he says he will and he sues all and sundry, wins and gets all monies required including back interest monies for grievances then it is possible - and if not why not?

Rangers have been the subject of a conspiracy - not an imagined one, but one that is actually going to court.

This conspiracy not only involved those that have been indicted, but those that conspired to blame and damage The Famous Glasgow Rangers Football Club, allegedly.

At this moment in time I believe in Dave King - he has put The Famous Glasgow Rangers back on the right track, as he said he would do. If he says he can do it then he will.

Murray park has produced a lot of talented, valuable footballers since it was established. It cost £14 million to build.
Hutton alone was £9million Danny Wilson £2million. Other players like Adam and Mcregor would have easily made up the rest if they weren't allowed to leave for ridiculous sums, or for free. In the past Rangers just bought players if they needed them, but now we have a management team and a scenario (we don't have cash to burn) where I think we will finally start seeing a conveyor belt of talent coming through. It's always been there, just never properly utilised in my opinion.

I think the likes of McKay, Walsh and Murdoch will be valuable in a few seasons if they can keep in the squad and I'm sure with MW recruiting now there will be more to follow. He has said many times it is a Champions League level facility. My Girlfriends a make-up artist, she done a job at lennoxtown for the new kit launch when Hartley, Boruc and McManus were there, she knows nothing about football but she said they were all complaining that the place had been done on the cheap.

I generally believe in King too but this was a lapse and I forgive him. Stewart Robertson has said let's take the focus off the board room and onto the pitch and I am not sure why DK is going the other way. My concern is the off field stuff will affect the team again and we should be doing absolutely everything to prevent that. Any questions on the old regime should be met with no comment nought to do with us.

I'm no expert but being in liquidation surely old co. has the most audited accounts around? If that's not the case there is no reason why we couldn't return the assets to oldco and continue using the newco as a football management company the way that the manky mob do. Would probably need newco to hold the football license until oldco has 3yrs accounts. That would remove any issues surrounding audited accounts.

if Whyte, green etc.. are found guilty, would this not mean our company registration is fraudulent?

17 Sep 2015 07:26:05
dave kings own claim has been against the money that has been realised has been kicked out i wonder how much that is behind his idea trying to get his money back?

18 Sep 2015 06:24:09
One big thing to remember D King was a director of oldco very interesting ?????????????
