Sibbald is a left winger, can be used as a attacking mid or a central mid, one if Falkirks main players. Also has another 18 months on his contract.

Good player for falkirk at championship level. Never in a million years good enough for us to move forward to a higher level.
Hope this is made up as if this is the kind of player we are looking at signing then we are in deep trouble.

Gotta disagree the boy is a great young talent and would push us forward, guy is very highly regarded in falkirk same as vaulks, now might be the best time to get him if we can knowing a good few bairns fans they know there teams going to get ripped to bits again, let's be honest warbs knows what's he's doing and i'd imagine at most he would cost a few hundred grand, look at arfield down at burnley great wee player same youth system.

What about the likes of kevin Macdonald (Wolves) , Scott Arfield (Burnley) , Wes Hoolahan (Norwich) , Craig Forsyth (Derby) Craig Bryson (Derby) , would you have said any of those guys would have been good enough for Rangers before they moved down south from smaller Scottish teams? cause i'll tell you what I'd take any one of them in a heartbeat now.
Take a minute to have a think before being so condescending and derogatory about the Scottish game. We do produce good players, they are just not allowed to develop due to the negative attitudes of some.

Get a grip. If you don't like my posts then fair enough, you are entitled to your opinion as I am to mine, but the constant name checking I am getting on this forum is pathetic. Lack of tolerance from trolls like you is what gives our club a bad name.
I never mentioned any other players or anything further than stating that this player is not good enough- as other posters have done. I will state it again- he is light weight, and is playing at his level, if we don't have better ideas than this at the club then we are in desperate trouble.
That is not to say that there aren't young players in Scotland that we shouldn't be looking at or have missed out on. Far better examples would be Scott Allan (available on free) and Robertson (who caused it us turmoil when he played for queens park) and mcginn (who I said we should have signed in summer on a free- now scotland's best young midfielder apparently! )
have some respect for other people's opinions please.

So I'm the only fan who is negative, and can see the impending car crash? No. You will find that the support is split between realistic people who can accept the truth and those who are deluded and attack anyone who doesn't agree with them.
I know a hell of a lot of fans that agree with my point of view, including a couple of ex players.
I'm fed up with the name checking, disagree with me if you want, think I'm negative if you want but remember we support the same team! I am not among the fans that moan and groan during games that doesn't achieve anything other than putting players under pressure.

Actually luigi! I have to say Santa and my good sources have it that I'm getting an imaginex batcave all for myself this Xmas! Apparently sibbald is to receive some body mass and a course of anabolic steroid to bring him up to the luigi weight class!
Anyway, it was not a personal attack on yourself luigi, I was merely putting the point that we are too quick to right off our own talent whereas the lower English teams are quick to capitalise on this! The players I mentioned previously were from lower scottish teams hence why I did not go down the road of Allan, Robertson and the like, another that springs to mind that we could of had was mcarthur at Hamilton, we could have had him for a nominal fee but let him go south now there is talk of arsenal! That's the type of thing I'm talking about.
I have better things to do than be a troll/ogre, I would live to agree with everything on this site and in general keep stood, however your posts seem to stick in my mind, full of negative attitude and no actual foresight or positive thoughts on how to rectify the potential problems you foresee.
I hope u can take my opinion on board and I'll try the same with you.
