Cannot see him being sold unless it was for ridiculous money, he’s our only striker at the moment as Sadiq isn’t anywhere near match sharpness. If anything we need to strengthen numbers up front, never mind get rid of our top striker.

Bordeaux have had a 3.75M offer for Morelos rejected. The latter part of last season i’d have said take it, however, he’s looking leaner, and much sharper and playing with a smile on his face while scoring goals. I reckon they have to double the offer before it’s even considered.
Can we get a striker in who will hit ground running this late on in window?

If it is to be believed that we previously rejected an offer from a Chinese team - quoted to be around the 7 million mark, why on earth would we now sell for a figure of half that amount when he looks to have screwed the nut and playing considerably better whilst enjoying himself. I hope we do not sell as it may undermine the manager as he seems to like Morelos a lot.

I don’t think this is a coincidence that this offer has come in 24 hours before our second leg qualifier with Maribor, I think anything under 6m should be rejected out of hand and no further talks till after tomorrow nights game, also if he’s sold every penny should go towards a top striker I think Stevie G could get us a better striker for around the 6m mark.

The problem is trying to replace a player you've sold for, say, £7m. Everybody you approach knows you've got that money and their demands are raised higher accordingly. Someone you might get today for £3m is a £7m player tomorrow. I think it's too late to sell our No.1 striker unless it's for something daft like £10m, not that I'd consider selling him anyway.

The only way he will leave is if it's big money that is worthy of turning Rangers heads and there is a life of the EPL but he can do better than Newcastle imo opinion!
