Well fellow bears good news at last!

It looks like someone has managed to break this deadlock and expose this band of "great stadium robbers" and today's ruling at the court of session LORD TYRE did just that.

I think special mention must go to Paul Murray for standing up and being counted, he did not waver when they tried to seduce him with the promise of a position if he abandoned his court action and also abandoned his fellow potential board members and shareholders.

I think without doubt chief SPIV Mather and his sidekick Stockbridge positions have now become untenable and they need to go they have been proven to be totally incompetent in running the great Glasgow rangers and stood by and squandered millions of pounds of shareholders and fans money.

Utter disgrace the complete board need to go now!

Mather has been found out and Stockbridge is just a SPIV but both will be held accountable as to what has happened at the club since December and beyond they have still not answered any of the pertinent questions that where asked numerous times by various parties.

Will Stockbridge come clean and tell the fans and shareholders where the cash has gone! (Not likely) will he explain why the IPO cost so much and why £5. 7M was written off?

Will Stockbridge tell the fans and shareholders how much has AND is still being spent on consultants!

Will Mather tell the truth!

Just some of the questions that might need answers before the AGM

Things are at least looking a bit better and I feel the tide is starting to turn and the SPIVS will be removed sooner rather than later

If you want to know where the money went you can view the accounts which are available to all members of the public and have been audited by two independent auditors

More money frizzled away on lawyers and qc s mather and co are trying everything they know to hide the money trail, as for the accounts I for 1 still have my reservations on the truth of them, if you read the report delottie state that they signed the accounts off on the financial statements that they received from the club, to me this statement wasnt necessary unless they think there's things that they were not given {Ed001's Note - my ex was an accountant, she used to put a similar wording on every set of books she signed off on. It is just a legal disclaimer, nothing sinister in it, standard practice I believe.}

Well well well real rangers look how things have came. it seems a long time since ten of us stood outside Ibrox wondering where to go with our concerns, now here we are on the brink of victory. hope you saver it when it comes. Les

RR, I agree with your points.

Stockridge seems very comfortable with the figures and yet states that
"Rangers will be down to last £1m by April" and seems to indicate that things are going to plan. SHOW US THE FORECASTS AFTER APRIL 2014 THEN

He agrees that he should not have taken a bonus based on the clubs league win-WELL PAY IT BACK THEN.

He also pledged to clarify one of the resolutions contained in the order of business for the annual meeting, seeming to allow directors and employees to make a loan which would then be converted into equity at a nominal value of 1p per share, essentially meaning that for an investment of £66,000, they could receive 6.6m shares.

We will pass that on to our lawyers, " Stockbridge said, "and look at having that reworded as that is not what is intended by this resolution. " DID THE LAWYERS NOT LOOK AT IT FIRST TIME ROUND?

SO MANY SPIVS, SO LTTLE TIME

I would be concerned regarding Mr P Murray and his Co-Horts not ONE of them is putting up any MONEY.
The ONLY way to BUY a company/business/football club is to BUY SHARES

Agree0 Disagree1

The time for Paul Murray and his mates to do something for the club was when SDM was willing to sell his shares for gers supporters£1. uine Ran He would have to have repaid Lloyds (17/18M) but through his mates, other well off businessmen, the City and the genuine Rangers supporters I believe that he could have carried it off.
Remember at that time we were in the Premier League, we were in Europe and we had a full squad of "top" players
No Whyte, no Administration, no Liquidation, No Green, No relegation.
Now Murray wants 4 Board seats for 0. 7% of share backing. What a chancer!

I noticed in Mathers statement about the Club moving forward he explained that "Garrion Services Ltd" had been contracted to carry out vast works at Ibrox, Edmiston House and both shops at Glasgow and Belfast airports. at considerable expense to the Club.
What he didn't mention was that the two Directors of this Company are Charles Green and Brian Stockbridge! This is just another way of fleecing the Club of more millions by them invoicing us for extortionate fees which are paid without question hence building up a substantial bank balance for Green and Stockbridge.
Of course they will withdraw the funds from Garrion for themselves and when that company can't pay the Income tax, it will go into liquidation and no accounts will be filed. Its just another way of transferring funds from Rangers to Green and Stockbridge without them paying any tax as that is the responsibility of Garrion Services Ltd.
That company was formed in September 2012 and Financial Acoounts don"t have to be filed until June 2014.
It makes you wonder how many more Companies have these Board members formed that are also withdrawing vast sums of funds from our Club.
Let's hope our new Board will uncover and expose what these crooks have been up to>

@7 your wrong mate green has been removed as a director of that company, he was also removed from rfc ltd but he remains on the list of directors of rangers retail. Finger by finger his grip is being released

What Green etc are doing via giving services contracts to companies they have an interest in is absolutely NO different to what SDM did, its all a way of passing though revenue to these guys.

Agree0 Disagree0

If I was a rangers fan I would welcome these new people onto the board but its worrying that they only have 0. 71 of the shares at there disposal

broken for lunch petitioners are asking lord tyre to grant an interdict forcing rangers to vote paul murray malcolm murray murdoch and wilson at the agm rangers are arguing they don't accept the motion as its not authenticate

Believable21 Unbelievable8

So paul murray goes to court and gets the agm stopped, fair enough I see the point in it, but then to be awarded costs for it, whos going to pay that, more money taken out the club by someone who claims to have the club at heart

Agree0 Disagree0

Murray succeeded in getting AGM delayed. But got his costs awarded against club. Murray says he was offered board position if he stopped interdict but refused.

Agree0 Disagree0

It's not murrays fault the judge made rangers pay the costs or that the board made illegal attempts to stop the shareholders voting

Agree0 Disagree0

If this means getting the current thieves out then do what ever it takes, and that's what murrays done.

Agree0 Disagree0

How many murrays must 1 club have.
