Has anyone heard the rumour about arrestment order being issued to the club?

11 Jan 2016 19:50:41
Care to elaborate on what you've heard/read mullad?

11 Jan 2016 20:04:46
Where did this come from mullad?

11 Jan 2016 20:28:53
Take no notice of MULLAD people, he's one of the negative nellys on here like ALLY, ABAHAB and PAULINE who seem to spend their life looking for bad news and praying that Dave King and ultimately Rangers fail. It ain't going to happen though, Rangers are in a good place and will get better and stronger under the leadership of King and Warburton. Bring on Kilmarnock.

11 Jan 2016 21:13:58
Don't know about that fantasy but the security held over Murray park by sd has officially been returned into rangers control so I'm guessing the 'rumours' that the loan hasn't actually been paid back or refused by ashley etc etc from the doom mongers on here is all hot air too.

Pure Nonsense! can't Go Such Negativity Man!

12 Jan 2016 06:42:03
We are in court today and tomorrow (again) this time it's a wi-fi company. I might sound negative but we have had so many false dawn, remember we are a broad church and can't / don't all follow follow like eh sheep. Ask yourself some questions, 1) If a unknown business man appeared on the scene promising his kid inheritence up ward of £30m but had over 300 charges of tax avoidence against him we would have chased him but he said he was a rangers man, so all ok. 2) we are in court more often than andy murray think of the bills for the lawyers and remember no a penny spent on the team again. If anyone think these real rangers men are paying the bills out the goodness of their hearts should wake up and smell the coffee. Negativity over wonderful job being done by mark and davie keep up the good work lads.

12 Jan 2016 08:46:30
I'm not one for being negative but Mullad does have a point. I feel the board are taking us in the right direction, but I also believe we are being kept in the dark about a LOT of things. Not sure where you got the information about us being in court today? We have multiple court cases outstanding, that isn't new news to anyone, but there has been heavy media focus at almost every single case about us?

12 Jan 2016 12:01:10
Look up Glasgow Sheriff courts order of business (court rolls) for today.

12 Jan 2016 14:15:02
It appears the wi fi company has asked for £300,000 to be ringfenced and the judge will decide on friday whether or not to do it. So not as much pish as some on hear would claim. some people on here just cannot accept anything they don't WANT to hear.

12 Jan 2016 14:47:31
Some claiming rangers should counter sue the wi fi company as it has not been working for some time! According to STV Virgin Media stopped supplying due to non payment of bills. maybe this is why war chest not getting opened . it isn't there! . Is Big Wull available for comment on these revelations as he is quick to point out how rosie our finances are .

12 Jan 2016 15:50:52
To WhatATeam also according to stv there was An arrestment warrent issued on dec 31st due to non payment to wi fi company and as the case is not likely to be finalised until next year that is why ring fence has been applied for. so nonsensense no. non disclosure of financial facts to the loyal support yes.

12 Jan 2016 17:04:53
The worrying thing for me is our lawyer said we have lenders lined up, NOT investers. King was saying we were better off than Arsenal and Barcelona but we are living on week to week loans some from real rangers men and maybe some not real rangers men who are in looking for profit. According to companies house web site we still have 9 outstanding charges/ court cases against us and as far as I can see that's not count Green case.

12 Jan 2016 17:46:26
To johnnyG, I heard about this tday so miby it wasnt nonsense my bad, but i can safely say no one is going to lose sleep over this, the problem will get sorted so there's honestly nuffin to worry about, WATP.

12 Jan 2016 17:55:26
The original issue apparently stems back to 2014 This was a deal originally struck by Charles green (under Ashley's orders? ) and may be related to the ongoing fraud case too it seems. Allegedly the system cost £2m with £1m of that figure disappearing as a backhander to a middle eastern gentleman. The talk of countersuing is still in discussion but there is a lot more going on even with this case than we think imo. I for one am glad this board are querying every contract and ensuring they are in the best interests of the club. I've no issue with mullad etc questioning things, they're perfectly entitled to. However, the training ground being returned from sd, for example, highlighting that the loan has also been paid in full, has not been mentioned at all by any of the self same people who ran with the rumours that Ashley refused to accept payment, the money wasn't there to pay it, blah blah blah. Not one bit of credit has been paid to the board by them, only constant criticism. Too hung up on dissing king at every opportunity to realise that the board, despite king's admittedly dubious interviews, have done a great job under extreme circumstances.

11 Jan 2016 16:50:02
Diagourags transfer request apparently rejected, surely he can't be kept where he doesn't want to be, i kow he's under contract but to have a player who doesn't want to be there doesn't make sense.

11 Jan 2016 19:43:24
Don't know! The last transfer request debacle didn't exactly go in our favour did it! A certain Mr allen!

11 Jan 2016 20:42:18
The boy was used as a pawn in Stumbs and Lawells stupid wee attempt to undermine us. Now he can't get a game in p**s poor Selik team, rottin it out on the bench. Let him get on with it. Give me Holt every time.

11 Jan 2016 22:57:42
Sounezz, I agree, would much rather wee holt to allen.

11 Jan 2016 16:18:49
Andy Murdoch has signed for QotS on loan til the end of the season.

11 Jan 2016 16:40:29
I think that is a good move for him, Will be playing vs Championship quality week in week out rather than league 1.

11 Jan 2016 18:14:44
Will be a good move. Hopefully a few loans will have the same benefits for him as it did for Barrie mckay.

11 Jan 2016 09:47:20
Reports coming out of Brentford is that Diagouraga has handed in a hand written transfer request, Diagouraga said just last week he would like to be reunited with Warburton.

11 Jan 2016 10:03:47
I read that he wasn't in the squad for their weekend match although he's been an ever present up till then. There must be a move afoot. Let's hope it's to us.

11 Jan 2016 10:04:43
yip just read that on the news now site, type in brentford news and click on the news now link, looks as though other clubs are interested, let's hope mr king stumps up the money fast.

11 Jan 2016 14:02:49
Brentford rumoured to be looking for around £1m for Diagoura which may put him out of our price range.

11 Jan 2016 14:34:23
I think £500k would get him. It's a test for the boards resolve.

11 Jan 2016 17:10:46
Scott Allan saga all over again? Just waiting in Celtic making a bid for him now, their bench is starting to look empty again.

11 Jan 2016 18:30:55
Now we will see if Mr king is
Serious as it may well take
Up to one million to land this
Boy and by the way the type
Of player we need.

11 Jan 2016 19:45:13
I think 1 million is too much for diagouraga 500k seems to be about right.

11 Jan 2016 08:56:03
In the sun this morning its saying rangers chief scout frank mcparland was at the st. johnstone v Kilmarnock scottish cup game on saturday to watch michael o'halloran, seemingly that's the 3rd time mcparland has run the rule over o'halloran, this morning's report also states that mcparland while watching o'halloran was sitting beside his agent on saturday, I've been saying on here for a few months now that our manager is very keen in signing o'halloran and did suggest that warbs was even sounding out how o'halloran lives as in lifestyle and conducts himself off the park, I know people who know him well as he's from moodiesburn and although he's a celtic fan the word I'm hearing is that he'd have no problem signing for rangers, he's a right good professional in all aspects.

11 Jan 2016 10:05:53
I don't think the family would like it Warbs, but if the lad wants to come then that's great. It's time we came out of the dark ages anyway.

11 Jan 2016 12:57:10
Seeker, who's in the dark ages? Not wanting to sign for the team you supports biggest rival hardly puts you in the dark ages. If religion was mentioned then perhaps but it wasn't. So put your high horse back in the stable.

11 Jan 2016 14:49:18
I'll put my high horse in the stable as long as you take your head out of the sand. Pretending something is not there doesn't mean that it isn't there.

11 Jan 2016 15:03:33
It's the club who are interested in signing him? So the club has certainly moved on from the 'no Catholics policy' and I haven't seen anyone on here saying the don't want him because he may or may not be one. I'm not sure what I'm pretending isn't there exactly?

11 Jan 2016 15:48:47
Oh dear this is not going to go away is it? I'm just mentioning that elements of the supporters of both sides still live in the dark ages when it comes to who should and who shouldn't play for their clubs. The club's themselves do not operate in that way thank goodness. Just really pointing out the obvious. But hey if you think that everybody on both sides are holding hands and skipping through long grass together then fine. I'd buy a ticket for that place.

11 Jan 2016 19:11:55
No what you're is making an outrageously generalised statement. My issue was you didn't specify who has to come out of the dark ages? The boy's family? Rangers fans? Celtic fans? You are the only person who implied religion would be an issue. And as to your point about elements of fans having out dated views then absolutely, but that's a societal issue, not a footballing one.

{Ed039's Note - Bloody hell ladies)

11 Jan 2016 19:53:38
I'm afraid signing ohalleran just doesn't do it for me anyway, bags of pace sure, not a lot of end product from what I have seen of him, the rangers game apart.

11 Jan 2016 21:23:24
Mattz12
Hate to disagree mate but I never mentioned the 'r' word, you did. If you want to believe that there is no religious bigotry in today's society that's fine. I have my own thoughts on this as I suspect I might be older than you and have witnessed it for years. It's obviously a touchy and/or personal subject for you and I apologise if I've caused you any offence. Let's move on and support the club, which is the main thing in the end.
