Just seen a reply to someone's post there and thought I need to bring something to the attention of the forum was very surprised with what I read and surprised they thought it was deemed necessary to point this out
I thought it real LG was ridiculous and I'm not the type of poster to call someone out on there ideology and beliefs and opinions I can disagree yes but you you will rarely see me be rude or cheeky about anyone if at all as I like to post my opinions and belief and take others on Board whether I agree or not but I wouldn't call another poster a name or non supporters or not enough or a supporter
Just because your a season ticket holder doesn't make you more of a supporter than someone that isn't
I used to be a season ticket holder over 20 years ago for a number of years along with my grandpa
Work family life financially and moving away further things had to change
Didn't make me a better supporter than someone who didn't have one
And it doesn't make me any les dog a supporter now?
Silly statement to make everyone would like to be a season ticket holder but various reasons stop people and the fact the stadium can only hold so many people also lol
And we all have belief in our football team but we all have doubts along the way with different scenarios that pop up along the way
I'm very confident in doing my job but some days things can go wrong and I'm not confident in possibly doing the job 100% all of the time- time factors delays etc can hinder things
People need to understand everyone has there own opinions and doubts and belief confidence and some confindence and beliefs can drop when you see, read into certain situations also the fact there's the human factor and I mean by that is your own personal mood can make you think things and see things a certain way one day but perhaps a totally different way another when that mood changes.
Slaughtering someone becUe they have a different opinion and belief from you doesn't make them less of a supporter it's the way they see it through there own view
Take others opinions on bored and look at it from angles inside the box and outside the box and possibly give better replies than slaughtering someone for having a different opinions than your own.
My belief no one would join this site take there timeout l of there day to post a message on here if the club didn't matter to them whether it's a good or negative review of the team on that post.

Good post Stig, I am not a season ticket holder any longer, my age and the travel distance, also a few bad years earnings wise when I was self employed, were the reason my Wife and I gave our tickets up.
I think the current economic climate just now, may sadly see more surrendering their season tickets, not an easy thing to do, but sensible if the cost in proving a problem.
We non-season ticket holders are every bit as loyal as those in the fortunate position of still having one.

100% agree. All entitled to their opinions, as long as not offensive and sure most of us have the occasional frustrated rant in the heat of the moment. and all have different circumstances as to whether they can go each week, watch every game or just read in the papers. Really don't like the "real supporter" nonsense.

Great post sting, I understand as I was the same. Never missed a game home and away but unfortunately circumstances change and other things in life take over but still have that same passion about Rangers.

I've always said the same mate, no one has the right to say they are a better fan than anyone else. Plenty of reasons like you say that people can't attend as many games as they like.

it certainly wasnt, although i have 3 tickets they're now my daughters and i havnt been to a game in some time
i used to walk from maryhill to ibrox and get a lift over, i'm certainly no better than a guy who supports from his chair, still a bluenose to me.
