I guess being slightly pedantic, it would be Mebude? Signed for Man City and by all accounts is doing very well. Would put him in the same category as Gilmour though in that it didn't immediately disrupt the team. For me it would be Brian Laudrup, only because it was quite devastating when he left - pretty sure I had a tear in my eye.
