I must applaud the youth scouting system we've applied it seems every other day we are snapping up some really interesting prospects.
I also hope we can utilise the loan market well for some of these boys get them out and see what they can do. Some won't make it but for me this the way forward. There is a legitimate pathway to the first team squad if your good enough you will get a chance its all about patience and taking your shot when you get it.
I'm hopeful we can use some of the more advanced boys i. e King, Lowry in the league and cups this year especially if we make Champions League to ease the strain on the first team squad. John25 will be looking forward to your updates on B Team again this year and perhaps go take in a few games for myself. The futures bright.

While the lowland league might not be the best technically, I like that the boys are playing against men who are playing for something. Can be shaped to play in line with first team too which would be my only concern about chucking out too many on loan. Taught different systems or dropped if a manager is up against it and stops playing them.

Same Sweep mate. Lowland league not ideal but its a step in the right direction, get these boys playing regularly in a competitive set up and teaching them the Rangers way.

Great to see so many going to see b team, also remember the academy games, sweep and others try not focus overly on score and opposing team.
By that I mean look at how our players learn and develop against men.
I remember thinking at first game these boys can’t compete, after ten games they were learning, then we saw so many v hearts that stood up and were counted.
It is only the start off their journey.
Sweep in particular come back and share your views, I’ll be very interested in them.

Correct arcade utopia is if in time they can be promoted even as far as championship.
Would undoubtedly benefit rangers and Scotland
But we know how the parochial clubs think.

Having seen a couple of the B Team games last Season I just wish that I was able to see more of them. I was very impressed with the young players brought in and we appear to be doing exceptional business at this age group again this Season. For me it is where we currently excel and it has to be great news for the future.

I remember years ago me and the misses booked a last minute surprise bus week; hoping we would get York or something and ended up in Aberdeen. One of the so called excursions was to go into Elgin but instead the driver took us to a baxters soup factory 10 miles outside Elgin. That was enough to push us over the edge; spent the next 3 days in boozer across from the hotel. Hahaha.
