Would love too see s kelly get a good pre season behind him, and a good few games in preseason, but maybe he'll have too go somewhere else for games, as i feel McCann Lowry and McKinnon are in front of him now, but you never know, that was some freekick for Scotland u21,and feel he will go on too be a very good play for Scotland in the very near future.

Kelly better than Ferguson you must be drunk typical Kelly is a rangers player so must be better arrogance from our fans lol Fergson is a better player than the likes of arfield but our fans won’t admit it. Always gets stuck in against us and Celtic and even scored a brace against them wile back something Kelly will never do in his career.

Would like to see Kelly get a chance but I guess we need to be quite cut throat. We don’t have enough space for all the youngsters coming through. As someone once said ‘you’ll never win anything with kids”? great position to be in however that someone like Kelly who I do think is a great prospect will need to move on as we have other quality youngsters coming through.

I think watching the style of Stephen Kelly he is very similar to Barry Ferguson while Lewis is a decent player he has a different style to Barry.
I think Lewis is a good player maybe English champ level but not old firm or premier league or international or Europe.
Still not a bad player in any way.
I’d love to loan Kelly out to English championship and judge him on that if he’s willing to extend his deal with guaruntee if he meets certain goals on loan he guaruntees himself a new contract amd a 1st team squad place next season.

Tango I agree with you. He had a bit of steel about him and that’s what we miss when Jack is injured tho we do have lundstrum for that now as well. So I would rather spend any cash we have elsewhere.

coops, one thing i have a problem with is when ferguson is brought up here, it’s the saying “ it’s only because of his father or uncle “ i take that as a disrespect of mine and others knowledge of football and the league we play in, i know barry and derek since they could walk, the aberdeen boy i’ve never met, but i know one thing, if derek mcinnes felt he was good enough to carry an aberdeen team year on year, scoring regularly against the best in the country and going to the international team, even being spoken in terms of rangers or england, then i know he’s a good player,
