Is anyone else a little concerned about the staff we are losing? I know GVB will bring in some of his own men. But our fitness and condition of players has been amazing last year I just hope this doesn't change! Might be worrying over nothing.

Sports scientists will be more responsible for the fitness than a doctor and we use a specific plan/ company for tracking injuries, that won't change even if the personnel does.

Secondly we're hearing our highly regarded chief scout is off to spurs and now we're led to believe that our physio adam roberts is off to a bristol rugby club ?.

Maybe the Doctor and physio thinking, I’m working my fingers to the bone trying to get Jack, Hagi, Morelos, Helander Roofe, and the rest, on the park once a month. Stuff this it’s only going to get worse now we’re handing out new deals to players who are now by their sell by date.
As for head scout he’s just chucked in the towel, thinking what’s the point after seeing over our signings since last season.

Your very upbeat bluebrother! You'd think this team we have are terrible only just took on some of the best teams about and won. Try be a bit more positive! Am pretty sure the doctor will be at least doubling his wages and so will the scout at spurs so its money nothing else. I just hope they replace them quick and it doesn't have much an effect on the team on the park.

Bang on John. The recruitment and fitness of players is regularly slated on here. Surely it's good riddance if all the players are complete rubbish and the team if full of injury prone garbage?
I really don't see the big issue. People move on. We have lost bigger and better before. Everyone was worried about Gerrard and his team leaving. Only difference I noticed after was players became fitter, tactics improved and we managed hugely impressive wins without key personnel. Have some faith. There will be scouts, coaches and physios who have impressed elsewhere and will be delighted to join the most successful club in worl football.

Our aport scientist donald macnaughton is the vesr in the business he not only handles our squad but top players all over the world . he's going nowhere I can guarantee it he's my next door neighbour, I decorate his home and his Mrs hair salon . he gives little snipets of info that I refuse to break his confidence on . when it comes to staff we are not short ok offers of top people in the positions needing filled.

Some of the best teams about ?? granted, Crvena Zvezdva won their league. But in no universe are they, nor Braga, nor Frankfurt some of the best teams around. Dortmund, yip they are a good team but a woeful defensive record and no Haaland. Just shows how low your expectations are now, when 3 wins out of 7 games against these 'best teams around' constitutes a successful season.

Everyone who has gone has gone for more money or Family reasons. There will be a load of top sports medical people looking to join us, we have a European pedigree nowadays, so attracting the right people shouldn't be a problem.
