The incredible condition of our captain james tavernier is immense and at the very highest of levels ?Tav setting a superb example to others by training over in dubai on his own, in that scorching heat ? He undoubtedly is by far the fittest footballer in scotland but within british football, there won't be many if any fitter footballer's than tav ? He's in incredible shape and has his fitness levels honed to the very highest of levels ?The guy is a total athlete/ robot ?.

Interesting John25. I confess I'm surprised that Goldson and Hagi are in there as I would have thought Tav and Bassey would have been the top 2. Fair play to Tav for the holiday work he's doing; it's definitely to be admired.

Looking at Tavs stats on distance covered in every match I’d say that he is fitter than the injured Hagi or the FB Goldson who plays every game.
Tav is at both ends of the pitch almost at the same time as games ebb and flow.
But heyho, what do I know when up against the experts.

Lets be honest guys the fitness of all our team is incredible, when you see their stamina and work rate especially at the end of the season when they had to dig deep in matches especially the games that went into extra time Rangers looked by far the stronger and fitter side in all these games, let's not argue about who is the fittest and just compliment the guys responsible for their condition. my opinion.
