Just back from Seville. They did us proud. Did I read that Kent should have scored? Wasn't the ball was out of play when Roofe crossed it so if it had gone in then VAR would have chopped it off? Anyway Kent Bassey and Tav made the Europa League Team of the year. Outstanding effort all round.

Super Ally ( though that would have been classed as a tap in for the great man ) said Kent should have scored. That's good enough for me.

Thanks Dado, it wouldn't have mattered had Kent scored as the ball had went out of play just as roofe crossed it to Kent so VAR would have broke our hearts. Anyway for Kent tav and bassey to make that team of the year at a cost less than £7mil is outstanding and a credit to our club.

The ball wasn’t out though was it. The whole ball needs to cross the line. I’m on the final leg home just now but not hearing anyone reporting that Kent’s shot wouldn’t have counted but may be missing something. Not that it matters now but from what I’ve seen the ball wasn’t out.

Aye it would have been a goal. Tbh you couldn't really blame Kent. He bust a gut to get there and it was a reaction save. The follow up from wee Davis was heading for the top corner as well until it got deflected. Fine margins right enough.

My son is still stuck in faro his flight was cancelled they put him up in a posh hotel but he's still too get from faro too Bristol then drive home chance he could now miss tommorows game.

My mate lost his passport. Currently on limbo over there waiting on a solution. The other 3 flew home without him today .
