The stadium which is screening the game has bigger capacity than the stadium which is hosting final.

Agree0 Disagree0

Not really getting this argument as it happens all the time. In 2008 Old Trafford was much bigger Manchester city's ground. Sevilla as a club are deserving to host a final in their own stadium with what the club has achieved in the past 20 years and are probably the most successful europa league club in the past decade. Since 2006 they have win the uefa cup/ europa league 6 times 4 of which have came in the past 10 seasons.

UEFA are a joke 9 k rangers 9k to frank and 22k tickets for sale not to fans should of been played at the 60 stadium 25k split each way and 10k neutrals uefa don’t care about clubs fans.

14 May 2022 08:35:20
Rfc who says it should be played at 60k seville have the right to hold at their stadium as that what was picked. You wouldn’t even be moaning if rangers weren’t there.

Sweep 100% correct.

14 May 2022 09:05:14
Rfc has a right to his opinion without people having a go and ganging up? isn't that your usual mantra? Right or wrong . It’s about opinions . ? Yea.

14 May 2022 09:43:16
Very good point, Sweep, about Seville earning the right. I guess the ticket split is the bad bit, touts making a fortune at fans expense, horrible.

14 May 2022 09:56:05
Just like my answer is my opinion molgoals. Yeah?

14 May 2022 10:12:27
100% molsgoals, some on here would deny you oxygen if they could.

14 May 2022 10:59:46
Yea sweep of course . I think we have laboriously established that fact on this site no matter your point .
Wether it’s this team will win nothing with this defence manager . board . or your pal with rangers have no chance of winning the europa league heard it all . crack on my friend it’s all banter after all .

I honestly don't know what I've said in this post to upset anyone? Seems your just having a pop for no reason other than having a pop. I'm not going get involved in this nonsense though. Uefa ain't going change the venue because it be unfair on Sevilla FC.

14 May 2022 11:20:04
Very true seeker.

14 May 2022 11:30:36
Molsgoals in fairness we r seeing a much more positive sweep,

14 May 2022 12:54:05
Sweep is spot on though, uefa make the decision based on that stadiums meet uefa requirements. Yip it would be great if it was a much bigger stadium but there is no argument here.

14 May 2022 13:48:45
Sweep you are 100% correct and I don’t know why molsgoals thinks it ok for OP to have an opinion but not you.

14 May 2022 15:53:22
I'm going to wade in here. I think stadia need to be at least 50k capacity to qualify to host a major final.

14 May 2022 15:54:50
I was actually talking about you storm having a pop at rfc … not to worry crack on lads.

14 May 2022 15:57:33
If UEFA built a brand new 100,000 seater stadium it still wouldn’t have been big enough to accommodate both sets of fans.
They are caught between a rock and a hard place.
I read a piece the other day from the UEFA president who said that the split of tickets is as fair as they could make it.
He said the clubs make money from all their home games in the tournament.
UEFA therefore have obligations to the tournament sponsors who put up the money for prize money to give them tickets for finals as part of the deal.
Not ideal for the “normal fan”.
