If we sell Kamara for 15m - 20m we would need to use the money to buy a direct replacement! Why sell our best midfielder to buy a winger?

5m plus add ons yes 8m straight not a chance, if Kamara leaves then we'd be short in midfield and should look to sign Ferguson from Aberdeen and maybe some hidden gem the management team have in mind
And I mean Ferguson to replace the likes of Arfield and Davis when they leave in the summer.

I would be seriously worried if we sold Kamara and didn't bring in a quality replacement for him, (unless we believe that Sands could do the job) . Personally I don't believe that Ferguson, for what he would cost us is anywhere close to good enough to replace either Arfield or Davis. We would be as well giving young McCann or one of our other youngsters the opportunity!

Of course it matters! You try giving someone €8m for something that costs £8m and see how far you get. There's only a difference of about £1.3m. Pocket change, eh?! Or turn up expecting to pay €6m and be told the price has went up £1.3m.

Interesting to read some of the above posts regarding Ferguson. Some saying Ferguson to Rangers. My opinion is he's simply not good enough. He doesn't really show any finesse, he's rash on the ball and is a bit wild with his tackles. Very well suited for Aberdeen, that's his level.
