I really hope we can keep hold of our best players in Jan or that Ross Wilson has a couple of Aces up his sleeve as a contingency plan. The only player I wouldn't mind leaving is Hagi and eve at that I think he still has a lot to offer the team.

Our favourite rag the sun has quoted, Gio does not expect for us to have much transferring business either way come the window.

Least we get the 56 then a massive clear out and new signings will be a great step forward for next season.
Don't want a clear out this mid season, we've already had a manager and staff clear out (now looks like a godsend so far tho) .

Personally I have no idea who I would keep John.
If I was in charge of any decision making for the club we would still be in the bottom tier my friend.
Was just reflecting on what Gio has allegedly said about the Jan transfer window and that he feels we can be fine with what we have at present.
As for Firth Defoe Barker Middleton Kennedy Hastie Simpson, I am confident you are more qualified and knowledgeable about their value to us than I could ever hope to dream about.
To put you in the picture, I am a livelong Rangers supporter with very little knowledge on tactics etc, but one of those you may hear roaring at the ref and some of our players on a lot of our home games.

The only good business Wilson has done so far is get 4 million for Gerrard. We've made 0 profit in player sales the last 3 years. 0. Wilson has come in recently, but our sales are pathetic for a club of our size. Tierney off for 25. Ajer 15. Ping-pong 10. Celtic beat us hands down in sales. Constantly. For average players. We send ours on loan, their contracts run out, we get 0. Middleton did well in Europe and then Stevie binned him. Why is he on loan? Sell the kid or keep him. What's the problem? He performed well in Europe, then was banished to another team. Our sales are rubbish compared to them. Almost comical. We're the biggest club with no profit on sold players. That has to change. Some on here, aribo, 10-12 million. WHAT the f. Wonky hips went for 25 million. Aribo never misses a game. No champions League experience, but he's by far, the best player in Scotland by 50 miles. 25 million to begin with please. Any less and we become the second team. Mugs.

Bluebilly I am not more qualified than u r many others on here mate.
The players I list and you name imo are very unlikely to play ten first team games in the future and therefore it makes no business sense to keep paying them high wages for no return.

You are right John, the players you mentioned would save a few Bob, enough to maybe pay the wages of maybe 1 or 2 players who could contribute more to the team.

Hard to argue with any of that rossco. It really makes me mad when posters serve up an honest opinipn as to the worth of one of our players on here, only to be ridiculed by others. Don't know how many times I've seen somebody come out with the old "I'd drive him there myself for half that" kind of idea. Meanwhile you have the likes of the three players you mentioned going for multi millions. As you say Aribo is by far the best player up here at the moment. We should be telling clubs to bolt unless they are talking about 20m plus.

I agree to a degree rossco but if clubs are not going to pay what we value our best players at, we just can't sell them for buttons mate🤔
Works both ways and ross wilson has to find a happy medium on player trading🤔.

Certainly agree with you if they are not getting game time they are a waste of wages.
