I see there's reports that southampton have now joined the list of admiring eyes 👀 interested in signing joe aribo from us 🤔
They join the likes of villa, palace, watford,
burnley, who are all reported to be wanting to sign joe aribo🤔Unless it's an astronomical offer we get for aribo possibly in january, we should be keeping him 'till the end of the season, at the very least!

Anything over 11 million I think would be good business. I think January could be busy for us definitely 3 or 4 players out potentially more fringe players also.

I agree Ryan, anything over £11m would be outstanding business and a credit to the work Garrard and Beale done. I do however think £11m is the starting summer transfer window price, we can’t risk the potential champions league money by letting Aribo go for that price in January.

Birmingham News saying Villa are preparing 15 million bids for Kamara and Aribo, that’s the starting price for both imo. Also sell on clause for both

Especially considering what the original outlay for each player was.

In fairness 2 or 3 years ago we couldn't of dreamed of q player going for anything over 2 or 3 million at a push it's it's brilliant situation to be talk of players going for that type of money considering what way paid its some fantastic buisness.

£30 million or so for Kamara and Aribo would be fantastic business. It would be a shame, but no one player makes the team. Perhaps we'd get Veerman in to replace one of them?

DOIGER, hypothetically speaking if we did sell aribo and kamara for a combined fee of £30million, i reckon good replacements would be veerman for kamara and ivanic for aribo👌

Agree john, contracts with some of our big players are expiring in 18 months time, any player not going to sign a new deal has got to be sold no matter who they are, I'm hoping some of them including aribo and morelos will sign new deals and stay.

Some players are very good, like Kent and Kamara, but Joe Aribo is the sort of quality who would be worth at least £30 million if he was coming from a different league. Just over a week ago I was in Dorset and speaking to a pub owner who is a big Villa fan and he said, 'Well, I know it's Rangers, but it's also Scottish football. You're taking a chance that a player can step up and play with the big boys. '
That's the way most of them think, unfortunately, and that mentality, for the most part, drives prices down. Also, I think Aribo could do better than the clubs mentioned so far, but his price is down to our board and his destination is down to him.
