Here's a thing fellow bears. The majority of us on here have been impressed with scott wright's appearance's from the bench so far and most definitely rightly so imo 👠Do we think that wright will be the one who actually replaces ryan kent through time, if we sold kent, or do we think that we need to sign another player to replace kent as a first team regular, thus leaving scott wright what he's doing now, by being on the bench 🤔
I honestly think wright has the ability to eventually replace kent and any signing for that area of our team, should be the understudy for scott wright 👠What's your thoughts fellow bears on this 🤔I honestly rate this guy and really like what i see 👌🇬🇧.

No sgl tbh I think he compliments Kent well but I do think that Kent is a different standard so we would need someone else.

I said this when he was first touted to come to us and yes I think he will replace Kent eventually in the same role.

I don’t think he replaces kent to be honest as he comes on in the right hand side most of the time. He was definitely the best sub today IMO as the rest never done much.
If/ when we sell kent I don’t think anyone we have currently at the club can replace him.
This maybe controversial but if we can find a buyer and get our money back on roofe I would sell him and it’s nothing to with ability just the fact he is a liability with his injuries.

I haven't seen enough of Wright to give you an honest answer SGL, however he does look promising. You never know what's happening behind the scenes, maybe Kent is already earmarked for Leeds. It must be said that we will upgrade our players for next season which means we will have to sell first. So maybe Kent is for sale.

Maybe judge Wright once he has played 15 games for us rather than 15 minutes?
Working on the basis that he is not starting because SG doesn’t think he is ready to displace anyone else based on watching him in training once in a while.

I think Wright is an option over Hagi, thought Kent was excellent Today, our best player easily. And we are such a hard team to beat now, even when we are not at our best.

I am on record of saying wright will not be a first team starter when our best 11 are fit. He is a bench warmer being part of the squad. Don't know what people see in him. When he has came on, it is when opponents are knackered at the end of games. I don't recall him being great for the sheep either.
Like always, it is a matter of opinions. Only time will tell.

You don't see what people see in scott wright slim jim 🤔 Of course you're perfectly entitled to your opinion, but our manager and ross wilson most definitely see a lot in scott wright, having been watching him for close to a year. He brings pace, directness and ability to go past players for me mate ðŸ‘He has ability alright enough for our manager to give him a four and a half year deal 🤔He'll only get better and better at rangers and allegedly has a fantastic attitude, so if you roll all that together for me, he has every chance of playing regularly for rangers 👠But you're correct, time will tell 🤔.

Agree regarding Wright, has done his part in games given the chance, on another note. Can someone tell me when Aribo and Hagi last turned up for an Old Firm game.

Wright shows promise but is quite a bit away from being 'impressive'. He is a much different player from Kent and not as skillful when it comes to frightening defenders. Obviously Gerrard still sees him as a work in progress and not as a budding messiah.

SGL they also seen something in Zungu and they weren’t right about him so using that as your argument doesn’t really add up to be honest.
I don’t know if he will be good or not as we haven’t seen enough of him to judge so don’t know how you can judge a player good or bad on only the cameos he has had.

IF Davis kamara Jack all stay next season we need a further three midfield players.
The last three games clearly show we are light weight in the middle.
Davis won’t play 60 games nor will Jack.
I’d still sign lundstrum big physical lad, we miss that, also I’d like to see Kelly get game tome in rotation with Davis, I think he can contribute. Then we need that big 6= 2 brick rubbish house box to box midfield player, this is where I’d spend 6-7 million
Add a CH better than what we have at present, a striker or two which includes Alegria and I believe we are stronger.
