As a great believer in succession planning should we be looking at our own Steven Davis as our future manager? He's respected on and off the pitch, has a wealth of experience, a born leader and is a Rangers man. Just a thought for maintaining the standards SG has attained for us with one eye on our future.

I'd be looking at Barry Ferguson as some sort of position if not manager. Similar type of person to Gerrard see how his apprenticeship turns out. But man's a winner stays away from bulls@#t and demands respect.
