Lets hope there's no need to play Joe Aribo in a midfield 3 against celtic again, he's not suited to that type of battle and I'm thinking the same on Sunday against Aberdeen, he's one of the most skillful players I've seen but he's not a roll up the sleeve type of player imo.

If Jack and Arfield are still not fit to face the Sheep perhaps Zungu should start instead of Aribo or play Aribo too but drop Kent? However, I think Hagi should definitely start. He was very good when he came on against the unwashed.

He was slow in the tackle and was the main midfield problem until the sending off, I think he's a class act but he's definitely not suited to a midfield 3 in game the celtic match.

Agree with sweep, he isn’t suited to that type of game, far too lax in possession, constantly lost possession and when he did he didn’t make any effort to win the ball back. Kent tbf wasn’t much better.

I don’t think aribo done that bad on Saturday they were worse players in possession than him and he seems to be getting made a scapegoat.

Why in a game of such magnitude, and their defensive injuries and poor goalkeeper etc did we sit off them and let them control possession? Listen I know we got the result and that's all that matters but that could have went wrong for us on Saturday. If teams are going to nullify the threat of Tav and borna then we need to find another way.

Agree Aribo is def much more productive in the final third. I’m not writing Zungu off but I’ve not been overly impressed so far, here’s hoping he’s just settling in and getting used to how we play and rotate.

I have said for a while now that Aribo is far too slow in his play. He takes far too long on the ball, if Jack Kamara Arfield Davis are fit then Aribo is on the bench. ðŸ‘.

Absolutely agree kfraser. Big Itten is long overdue a run in the team He gives us the physicality of Morelos and a better goal threat without the temperament. I loved the wee man over his first three seasons but for whatever reason he hasn't kicked a ball in a year now and needs to be moved on and replaced in this window.

I don't think Zungu has anything to offer Rangers and I would use the funds to bid for Ferguson of Aberdeen.

Both Aribo and Kamara seem to be slow thinking in the middle sometimes, especially in games like saturday's was. Aribo looks more of a threat to me when he plays further forward, but I believe Kamara plays further forward at international level too? we are missing Jack and arf's "dig" in the middle at the moment, but I'm sure that's been spotted by the management. Onwards and Upwards, one step at a time!

I'd prefer the guy from Sheffield utd but agree Johnboy Zunga offers us nothing, he nearly cost us a goal on Saturday again.
