It says a lot about Allan McGregor and puting the team first in claiming his world class save didn't happen to the ref. Brilliant of him trying to deny it was a Celtic corner. It's like a player scoring the goal of his career and then not celebrating.

I’m not old enough to remember McCloy - but for me I can’t split McGregor and Goram.
If we were going into a must win game, who would I want between the sticks - Genuinely not sure. I know it wouldn’t be Klos though. Although a brilliant keeper, I still haven’t forgiven him for those two Van Hooijdonk free kicks against Feyenoord.

Alan is a fantastic goalie but Goram, Klos and McGregor for me. We all know what Goram did for us and, don't forget, such was his class, Klos also win the CL with Dortmund.

What many seem to miss re McGregor great save is the ball takes a deflection after griffiths hits it. For me makes save even better.

I have always maintained that we need McGregor in the team as he is a winner who gives his all for Rangers and is a superb stopper. Cannot believe some on here suggested that McLaughlin should be our number one. Maybe not quite Andy Goram but Greegsy is certainly around his level.

Zillow I was just kidding with Mccloy. We’ve been blessed with great keepers and my four would be McGregor, goram, klos and woods but I’m not sure in what order.

I would say the goalie then mcgregor, klos was very poor at free kicks and corners. IMO. Also I was one of the ones who said mcglaughlin ahead of mcgregor. That comment was based on form and just the hole way am has been acting and conducting himself hasn’t seemed focussed or really on it lately. As though he has things in his mind. He seems angry and not on top of his game. Obv he blew that theory out the water in the of game. However he needs to maintain that level of focus and performance now. Not just against Celtic. Mcgregor I would say is the better keeper in his day and on his game but I don’t feel we’ve had that from him lately. I felt mcglaughlin deserved a chance. Certainly not a bad debate to be having lol 🔴⚪ï¸ðŸ”µ.

Yip well now u say that there has been things in paper with cars blowing up and £30k guard dogs. I’d imagine something must be going on in the background. Aslong as he performs to his ability he’s the no1, I just don’t feel he’s done that this season.
