Good read about a team from the Faroe islands having a part time side one game away from the europa League group stages, only lost out in champs league to young boys.
The other team won three rounds before losing to levski Sofia.
Makes you wonder why our game ant develop nationally when these tiny countries can?

Agree Snell, these smaller nations are producing better talent these days but their youth setup is superb. I remember watching a short documentary years ago about the scandanavian youth system and from about 6 years old they trained every day and spent hours at a time at the training centres not only learning about football but lifestyle management also. When you look at the majority our youth then you see why they fail to make the grade, attitude, diet, and life choices completely different.
