Never been tavs greatest fan but the last few games he has certainly stepped up to the plate in my opinion.
Also man enough to admit I got it wrong with Jones as he has done very well in 1st half.

KJA9 its great that Jones has scored and that is what he can do if he is given space in behind. He had another run in behind and got pulled back and won the free kick. Other than that he hasn't touched the ball but the fear of his pace gives them something to think about.
Its got me thinking though. So I've seen a few comments above about its justified that he's a starter etc. Why? Because he has scored one goal. If that's the case then I can only assume that people that are saying that go by stats produced ie goals scored and assists because he has been quiet when we've been in possession otherwise. If that's the case then I don't understand people undervaluing Hagi. He produces stats in almost every game he played he either scores or assists. Strange how stats are acceptable to justify one players good performance but they are forgotten when its a player who is a bit of a target for the boo boys.
Anyway, good team performance so far and hopefully get 2 or 3 more goals.

Totally agree mate! I've got to hold my hands up and admit that I have been very critical of Tav, but he looks confident, strong and a lot more focused than he has done.

Me too re tav. He has to keep it up. He is definitely defending better
