Guys, a bit of a sad one here but I'll ask the question. I have a pal who has been given the terrible news that they are stopping his cancer treatment as it is so aggressive and that he has a few months at best to live. The first thing he said to me was that he was gutted that he wouldn't see Rangers lift 55. I contacted the SLO at Rangers by email and asked if a video message from a player or the manager could be done for him and I haven't had anything back except an automated response saying they aim to respond within 10 days. That was 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing. I know that if Rangers responded to every message asking for this to be done they would be inundated and it wouldn't be possible but I think its a poor show that they haven't even acknowledged my request properly.

Does anyone know a better way of getting in touch with Rangers to see if this would be possible?

So sad to hear about your pal, it puts things in perspective. I had a previous contact with someone called Natalie Nairn. I think she is a marketing executive or something like that. Her email address is:

natalienairn@rangers. co. uk

Perhaps she might put you in touch with the right person.

Best wishes.

Sorry to hear your news mate, have you tried him on Twitter? Don't know if that might get a quicker response going to him directly.

I do think Twitter aswell mate you'll get a reply there, plus the retweets will help it circulate, even tag rangers in your post.

Sad man, less than a year ago, my dad was the typical know it all, grumpy old B that I love dearly, now we are counting the days.

Listen mate, try to get in touch with reporter Jordan Campbell, he is a friend and I know he arranged a lovely meeting with his grandad Alec and Steven Gerard, Alec has dementia and has been a Rangers fan for 70 years, I’m not saying Jordan could help but he writes for the athletic and is one of our own, try getting him on Twitter.

Get it on twitter tag the club and get it trending. Lost a good good friend recently and his wife got a lovrly letter from stewart Robinson and a signed top after the club were made aware of the passing of one of our own.
