I'm not being funny but Morelos is contracted to Rangers and cannot discuss terms until he has been given permission by the club.
Surely a club won't give permission until the fee is agreed?
Otherwise that would just pressure them to sell or keep a player with his heart elsewhere?
Does he maybe have a cause in his contract that allows him to speak with clubs in bigger leagues than ours?
Has he been "tapped up"?
Or is everything in place ready to go when we announce a new forward so we don't get the price inflated on us because we have no other fit first team center forwards?

Morelos will not have been talking directly to them unless Rangers have given him permission to do so or this would be a case of “ tappingâ€.
His agent will have been talking to them and agreeing with them alfredos personal terms.
This happens all the time, shady, but not against any rules.

Those stats will be decent for a sale, looking at the bigger picture shows we can't rely on him when it really matters.

Oh I'm not against him leaving.
I was just interested in everything that's been going on lol.
I do see risks with both sides, but I think he wants to go and if we get the money we want he will be gone.
There are replacements out there maybe not even in the same mould as El Buff but good forwards.
It's not like we will no create enough chances for our forwards.
I do feel we have relied on him far too much.

BlueWouldDo, I agree 100%, too many on here can't see past Alfie, you're right though he hasn't shown enough sense during certain league games up here, Aberdeen, Celtic e. g., and as such his absence thereafter due to his actions have cost us a lot of points last year. As I said in a post yesterday Morelos is not Glasgow Rangers, we need everyone pulling in the same direction, and, much as I like the man himself, he appears to be only interested in what he can get for himself now.

All media hype, they are doing what they always do. the season about to start and they are all trying to unsettle Rangers. El Buff not agreed any terms, no offer rejected by Rangers for him, all speculation with them saying things like “ a source in France “ etc etc.
Have you not noticed nothing about the manky mob being reported. no out cry over Griffiths, nothing about them not signing anyone. all out to stir up things at Rangers. ignore the noise. only believe it when our club announce it.
