Like i posted yesterday and the day before be careful what you wish for morelos bashers. If this is true and alfredo morelos leaves rangers to sign for lille, we're in soapy bubbles short term! You don't miss the water'till the well runs dry and believe me morelos is a quality striker and we're going to miss him badly! He's been an outstanding striker for glasgow rangers and has every tool in his armoury to reach the very top in football. On his game alfredo is quite simply unplayable! He's also proved it in europe by being the top scorer in the europa league and still we have some of our supporters on here desperate for him to leave🤔 i just can't understand them whatsoever and looks like they've got their wish 😞 Morelos will be an outstanding for lille if he does sign for them and if he does i thank alfredo for everything and his outstanding contribution to glasgow rangers football club. I wish buff all the very best of luck with his new club and i personally will miss him!

where are you hearing that he is going from SGL? if true i echo your sentiments. Believe me there is no quick solution if he has gone and i reckon our chance of stopping 10iar is slipping by the minute if this is true. Never mind our chances in making the group in EU.

Interesting stat Barrowlad, so Morelos scores every other game. Roofe by comparison scores 1 in 3. Having said that we look much better equipped to share the goal load this season with Hagi, Aribo and Kent firing on all cylinders.

sorry SGL reacted before i read all the other posts. sad day indeed if its true. hope we are getting more than the 15M recently valuing him and decent sell on too. i think there is already a sell on in his clause so whatever we get will be shared. really going to struggle even if we get someone in immediately how can he possibly be ready for saturday. i really am now concerned about this season. i know its early and shouldn't put everything on one persons shoulders but that's exactly what happened last season.

the bigger problem now is if Lille don't match rangers expectation with regards to the transfer fee is that we potentially will have Morelos who thinks he is away staying put. whilst i want him to stay he needs to want to stay and if he is set to go then this scenario will be no good for anyone.

Don't know if Morelos is going or not. We'll definitely miss him if he goes.
Whatever fee we get for him, it won't all be spent on replacing him
I think we'll sign a couple of strikers if he does go.

SGL don't you think that the management have already got a replacement or two already lined up and are just waiting on Morelos to be sold . Off course he will be missed but who's to say that he will score 30 goals this season and also his attitude stinks. So if he is sold then good luck to the guy but if he goes for the reported £20m then sell him.

Coop, I not bashing Alfredo, but he has been trying to get away from our club for the last 18months and to be honest I thought he would have found a better club and league.

I can't believe I'm reading some of these comments here, serious question guys, ' Do you think Morelos wants to stay at Rangers', I think personally, NO, if so get what we can for him, I'm looking for a steady return from our midfield this season, appears to be happening, and let's get a replacement or two even in the door. BTW, I do rate Alfie very highly, but, a discontented Alfie would be a passenger, and that we don't need.

If rumours are to be true with roofe I think will be a good player for us my worry is he won’t score as many goals and that’s what we need.

SGL, I don't there are to many "Morelos Bashers" on here. What I'm saying is that it would appear the lad wants away, toucan see that in his demeanor that he's unhappy, just look at him he looks miserable all the time. If that's the case then he can leave, we do not need any huffy passengers. So cash in, get a replacement or 2. Morelos is not bigger than Rangers. And before you respond, Morelos is a fantastic player but his heart isn't at Rangers. So for that reason, thanks for your service, we will replace. We will be stronger. We will win the league 20/ 21.

Morelos can be a good player on his day butfor me since January he has failed to produce the goods and now looks disintetested. When he is on his game he can't control his emotions and temper and sees red cards far too often to be a team player. No doubt the opposition wind him up and he gets all sort of abuse but if we can get in excess of 10 million take it and let him go elsewhere. Unfortunately he's a ticking time bomb on the park.

Bankie including assist morelos has been directly involved in 106 goals in 137 games! That kind of impact will be hard to replace!
