Is this for real? . Kent could be facing a ban in the game against the sheep.
A friendly practice game surely has no effect on games in the SPFL.
If it does Liewell will make sure it will happen in my opinion.

he will be banned. happened last season when Simunovic was sent off pre season, missed 1st 2 games of spl season. Leave the paranoia to the urchins over there mate.

Aye apparently it would be a 2 game domestic ban if the ref reports it to the French FA. Wonder what will happen? I think we all know. Funny thing is I immediately thought that a ban would be the case as soon as I saw the red card. Seem to remember a red card for one of our players in a friendly years ago having the same outcome. Tbh it was a bit of a joke but the players really need to know that this kind of reaction is not acceptable as the refs, especially at home, will be looking for any excuse.

Blue billy you r paranoid. the rules clearly state if sent off for violent conduct in a friendly its a two game ban.
Did u complain when they had a player banned for first two games at start of season.
What has Liewell to do with Kent’s stupidity.

If you are going by the letter of the law then Kent lifted his hands and the decision to send him off was correct. Should the player he tried to slap not have been sent off too? Did he not slap the back of Kents dish?

John25 - the rules do say that but you forgot the end bit - which states that it has to be a violent slap and not a touching of the face - which is open to interpretation.

I trust your a phycologist John and I appreciate your online diagnosis which is usually nearly always impossible to get for free.
I don't follow timco disciplinery decisions only stuff affecting Rangers.
I obviously did not know it was an automatic two game ban for a red regardless of a friendly or not, that is why I posted this one.
Liwell has nothing to do wi Kent's stupidity but if he has any say in the outcome of a ban you can bet he will make sure he gets it, that's going by the past suspected corruption in the SPFL by Dumbcaster Liewell and his back pocket cronies.

So strange he shows straight red then does not say it was violent conduct in report

The convenanter is only not a ban because of the French fa said it’s not in there jurisdiction. As the tournament is not sanctioned by them.
