Budge and Low were perfectly aware of the consequences of them taking the matter to a court of law.
I'm no fan of the Scottish footballing authorities, anything but, but for both of them to claim to be incredulous at a rule being enforced that they were well aware of is actually incredulous.

If Hearts and Thistle are threatened with Sanctions then shouldn't the same happen to Dundee United that is also breeching the Rules.
