Guys anyone shed any light on this for me? Renewed my season tickets last month, paid in full. Money was taken and got my confirmation emails through. Haven't heard anything since. Was on checking out the new website and it says my season ticket purchases have been cancelled? They've refunded the money into my account aswell.

Wtf? Does anyone know if the ticket line is taking calls yet so I can complain to them and try sort it?

Fruit bear, I'm sorry to hear this, this is unusual. I've been a season ticket holder for a long long time which renewal has went pretty well. No idea why that has happened to you, hope you get it sorted out ASAP mate.

Can’t believe it, been a season ticket holder for years. I’m absolutely raging at the thought I’ll lose my seats. Just cannot understand it. I’ve got all the bank statements and confirmation emails to prove that it was successfully renewed paid in full! Plus that MyGers aswell.

FruitBear same happened to me and my friend you must have paid your season ticket through the clubs webpage it clearly states that is only if your using credit, I paid mine in full the money was payed back into my bank as you have to use the renewal link, my advice is to email the ticket office explain what’s happened and ask for the link to be resent to you that’s what I did and I got mine sorted out hope this helps.

Did you pay thought the web site rather than the email with the link to the new payment portal?

I did the above and received a email the following day cancelling my renewal. I had to find the email and use the link.

I have not received the credit and that’s been 10days now.

Guys you are right, I spent hours last night trying to get to the bottom of it. Part of the problem was that the cancellation email they sent Went to my young daughters email address. I had set one up for her when creating her Rangers account which was required for buying her a season ticket, which I always thought was strange as a child isn’t going to be paying for the tickets.

Clearly been an admin error and not been picked up by myself until now. I checked the link last night and it stated the payment was due so I just paid it and emailed the ticket website to explain the situation. Hopefully that will be it sorted.
