Gazzaloyal, what did you think of big lafferty's interview regarding how highly he rates our first team coach michael beale and his thinking he could follow gerrard as a possible next rangers manager/ head coach?

Coops, hope your right. I was not impressed last season when Beale was interviewed about our inconsistency and why we often struggled against the smaller clubs. Sounded far too much like the same unacceptable explanations provided by Tav and Kent.

are we seriously taking Laf opinion on who would be our next coach. the man is a no user. was crap first time out and worse second. should never have taken him back. i for one certainly wouldn't listen to a word that comes out his mouth.
said he felt like being back at school, well if i was his teacher he would be back of the room with the dunce cap on.

John25,i'm not saying beale will/ can be our manager. I'm merely stating what lafferty says and how highly as a coach beale is rated, that's all mate. I've thrown what lafferty said out there for opinion, so where's the problem? 🤔.

Geesadod, I agree 100%. Lafferty had something but magically only used to find it towards the end of a contract. Too much baggage and a shocking attitude and not enough brains to blow his tammy aff. Not for me, I'm afraid.

Sounded to me as if Lafferty was having a disguised swipe at Gerrard by suggesting Beale would make a better manager. Obviously unhappy at Gerrard for not getting a chance.

Beale and McAllister will leave with Gerard so it's a non starter - management teams always stick together.

SGL Lafferty was having a pop at Sg. Despite all the support this guy was given he did not conduct himself or apply himself correctly.
