I know spurs and arsenal are intersted but think ryan fraser should be atleast approached for free transfer would improve our attack massively don't ask don't get.
17 Jun 2020 12:01:10
wages would cripple policy at club never mind the financies.
17 Jun 2020 12:11:24
Hahahahaha brilliant.
17 Jun 2020 12:26:06
Pretty sure defoe was on a lot more thsn ryan fraser at Bournemouth and wee signed him so why not atleast try sign fraser hahaha.
17 Jun 2020 12:37:47
Defoe took a drop in wages. Fraser would have to do the same. ( a big drop)
17 Jun 2020 12:39:32
Think Bournemouth paid the best part of his wages til the loan was up then he signed for us on a much reduced terms. Ie he's made his money and just wanted to play for us on money we can afford.
17 Jun 2020 13:10:33
So that be a no to attempting a big transfer of ryan fraser who plays for big mega rich Bournemouth and according to spotrac ryan fraser on 24k a week sure that's not out our range a and a slight wage rise and European football and working with gerrard and the most successful club in world.
17 Jun 2020 13:34:43
Arsenal and other EPL clubs weren't interested in Dafoe.
17 Jun 2020 14:19:20
Never said arsenal were intersted in defoe.
17 Jun 2020 14:48:58
Correct re Defoe iom.
17 Jun 2020 15:02:18
Fraser has got to want a transfer to Rangers. If it is about money we have no chance against the English Premiership or Europe.
17 Jun 2020 15:37:07
Gus why has Fraser to want to come to us, some on here say go get him, wages too high, no he should take what we offer say 10k 😂😂.
17 Jun 2020 16:03:52
Read my post again. If Fraser in interested only in money we can not compete. That is a fact!
17 Jun 2020 20:01:44
Fraser is on £24k a week at Bournemouth so wages shouldn't be a big issue. The issue is would he leave the Premiership for the wreckage that is Scottish football?
17 Jun 2020 21:29:25
£24k a week should be achievable but as a free agent he may be looking for more. "ordinary" players in England are getting £40/ £50000 a week.
{Ed001's Note - he rejected a contract that more than doubled his salary if he stayed with Bournemouth.}
17 Jun 2020 21:40:44
Thank you Ed001. I think he is looking for a team in the top half of the English Premiership.
{Ed001's Note - welcome and yes he is. Bournemouth rejected interest from teams such as Arsenal last summer and he wanted to go then. I expect him to try and get a team like that again, but the interest now is from the likes of Palace as he was poor last season.}
