I know that we do not know who will be in the squad at the start of the season, but does anyone have a preference for formation of the team? I would like to see a 3-5-2 or 3-5-1-1.

Agreed, Gerard needs to change something as his predictable 4-3-3 stopped working after the break as teams had it figured out. That mob changed formation when they came back and then ran away with it.

It all depends on the opposition we're playing mate and the best formation to break stubborn, defensive teams down. Again we have to be flexible and that old phrase,
'horses for courses'! ðŸ‘.

That’s how I think dykes would be a good signing as he provides different options and would allow team to be more flexible.
