Steven Gerrard at rangers has done, in general a brilliant job. The club was broken, as he said at the start. It's now much better. (But after 20 million investment, could any half decent manager have done just the same? )
We've done the unthinkable and qualified for the EL twice from the crap stages. New record set. We've made lots of cash from that, BUT! Mistakes are far too common. Tav, goldson constantly make mistakes. Kent has been off the boil for weeks.
Polster doesn't commit a foul for a yellow and is chucked under the bus. Gerrard's problem is that he can't say, captain tav you've made fatal mistakes in massive matches far too often. yer benched. goldson, yer given the ball away far too much and let them score (e.g hamilton) yer benched.
No, it's Niko, you've played well in most games, but two crap performances and your out. Polster you filled in well when tav was out and we conceded no goals, but tavs back, you are out. We lose. I don't understand how people can't say what they have to. I'm scared I might offend you.
Is teeth at p. park being nice to his players. No, He kicks them in training and makes them play till the last second. That's what we're missing. That and some sketchy refereeing decisions. That's another story.

Individual errors?
Poor performances?

Individual errors. Every time a player makes an error SG hangs them out to dry publicly.
Poor performances. SG plays the same formation and players and the same formation. expecting the outcome to be different.
Gerrard has done great in Europe no doubt. but that's our campaign over.
MR Tupac your clinging on to pre xmas. Forget about that it's gone.
Reality is we've won nothing again. Europe is a smoke screen. its time for you to wake up.
There is only one man to blame. The players won't get sacked. We can't sack our manager either as we made a crazy decision to give him a new contract.

it takes time to get it right from a mess. and we were a big mess, let's face it. We have improved dramatically but not yet at the level we want (at least not often enough) . Rome wasn't built in a day.

AS1974 yes it is my opinion Gerrard should get a 3rd year, at least I am not on here nearly every day saying he should be sacked. So his name is Gerrard, I couldn't care less what his name is, beleive it or not I think he is doing a good job, and improving as a manger, I said a good job not a great job.

Poor signings?
Kent, Aribo, Kamara, Davis, Barisic, Defoe, Arfield and McGregor have all been a vast improvement on anything Super Ally, Warburton and Pedro signed.
And whether you rate Goldson, Katic, Edmundson and Helander or not, we have conceded less goals in the top flight under Gerrard than under Pedro and Warburton.
Yes some of the loan signings have been disappointing.
But you are only judging the season since the winter break. That's your prerogative.
Rome wasn't built in a day. Gerrard will get a 3rd season whether you like it or not.

Agree with you AS but there is something we can do.
Pick another team to support if you can’t get behind this one - it’s not difficult, supporters should support, not constantly seek the manager to be sacked.

Sorry to break it to you but As1974 but Morelos is better than the lot of them . And josh windass outscored the lot of them too if u take out Defoe, and that was without these great players around him huh 🤔.

I would like to think Windass would score more than McGregor (GK) , Barisic (LB) and Kamara, Davis and Arfield who are all MF's!
But his stats of 13 league goals in 50+ league games are sensational!
Kent's already equalled it in less gamesðŸ‘
And Aribo who's played in a variety of positions has 3 goals!
