Fauldhoose bear, who at any time ever said Gilmour was 'too wee'? Nobody at Rangers, I can assure you, so is this just another case of an anti-supporter making up stuff just to add to the banal, casual criticism of our club that is so prevalent on here?
He was never a Rangers player, had never signed a professional contract and his family WANTED him to leave!
Future superstar or not, he 'never got a chance' because he was just 15 and too young to play!

John, i was really surprised as well when i read what we got for gilmour, i thought it was only half a million, but to see diffrent made a diffrence to me, pity he never stayed mind you. eh.

I can assure you the Gilmour family were not desperate for Billy to leave and he loved it at our club. The financial muscle of Chelsea and going down to the premiership was just too good to turn down. I don’t think anyone would disagree that his family have made the correct decision by the boy. He has all the makings to be a top top player and as fans we should be pleased for him. Well done Billy, keep working hard and grab this opportunity with both hands wee man.
