As much as dropping Morelos for the Hearts match as punishment it meant us fans were also punished. I agree that action had to be taken but punishment for Morelos alone. A month's wages deducted would have done it.

Sweep he's had a dip in form but guess what so has the rest of the squad at the minute. He will b a way in the summer. But until then he is still by far the best striker we have at the club by quite a margin. So let's try get as much use out the guy until the end of season. Get him back in about the goals and try get as much for him as poss.

@Tupac. So you bring Stewart in for 1 game and you say he isint the answer. Stewart isint a CF. People are quick on here to jump on players back. Morelos was rightly dropped for the last game but will be back tomrrow night I believe. He needs support. Been saying it for weeks.

Guys, We don't know all the facts about Alfie's circumstances (apart from the one he has been poor since after the break) .
He has been like most of the squad and the manager absolutely diabolical so let's see if he can hopefully like the rest need do is pick himself up sooner rather than later.
I personally believe he is so desperate to score when he does play that he just blasts the ball at the goal without placing his shots.

Stewart wasnt bought as a CF. That's the point I'm making. The lad hasn't had a chance in that first team.

Gerrard has to drop him, if there was not unrest over Morelos already in camp then for sure there would be had he not been punished and put straight in the side with no prep. had to be done. Morelos is totally at fault on that one not Gerrard.
