Just thinkin. What's the opinion, if we win our game in hand and beat them twice and lose the league by only 3 points. Would people want Gerrard to stay or go. There's been some crap performances but look where we are now compared to five year ago.

Rossco, Stevie was not here 5 years ago, we were still climbing up the leagues from div one mate.
Also we climbed out of div one with our SPL players versus part time clubs.
No point in looking back now, let's look forward with positive attitudes and a complete new set of players and a trainee manager.

I would only keep him in that circumstance if he has proven he knows more than one formation and can adjust his tactics and has won the Scottish Cup. Otherwise I would have zero faith in him stopping 10.

Swagman, have you seen the slagging you have been getting for wanting Stevie dumped on loads of your posts mate.
I appreciate your opinions and feel like you let down by our teams recent performances.
My opinion still is we cannot afford financially to dump him and believe if he accepts failure with no silver by end next season, he will walk on his own accord.
Leaving us with another headache, " who do we sign as our new manager"

The main problem with us over the past 8 years is the changing of Managers, and needless spending to replace failed purchases, we cannot continue down that route, or we will find ourselves looking into the abyss, with very little hope of recovering second time around. This is why I posted yesterday, that if we get some decent investment, I would like to see some of it used to improve our financial position, and remove some of the panic which must exist at certain stages of funding our needs.

I don’t care about any pelters I get because I’m right. If the exact same job had been done by for example Derek McInnes - I mean signing the same players, same results in Europe, same results domestically - there is not one person here who wouldn’t be saying what I’m saying.
You’re all just in love with a celebrity manager and it’s actually quite sad to see. Rangers should always be bigger than one man.
