I've asked that a few times recently. Perhaps he did and think that Liverpool youth players Ejaria and Ojo would be enough up here. The Europa League run has been nice but in all honesty it'll probably be ended in Portugal. We couldn't stop 9, so next season is THE season where we can't have this level of performance, professionalism, effort from the players. I can't stand the thought of them getting 10. Look at what they did when we were going for 10, brought Wim Jansen in, new philosophy, players, ideas and stopped 10. Do we do likewise?

Been saying this since Stevie came to us deecee, Stevie was an experiment and an unproven manager.
We can only blame ourseves for the predicamant we are in, we all believed he was our saviour and have given him oportunity after oportunity without success.
Yes he got us on in Europa and a good few quid for that.
I could not care less for Europa, we will be out of that league soon enough.
Tell me he was not here to get us to win the SPFL and I will shut up .
Said it many times on here he is on his way home end of 2022 if no silver by then.

I cannot see a man with the pride of Gerrard staying for another season having won zilch in two seasons and facing zilch in three unless he is given a mountain of transfer cash to boost his chances of success but where is the cash coming from?

That's us supporters biggest fault Muppet, we believe too many unsubstanciated stories of billiomare investors and top class players coming to us but nothing concrete being stated by the club hierarchy.

Problem is there’s still people on here deluding themselves into thinking Gerrard is the answer because he has a famous name and not seeing him for what he is, a youth coach out of his depth.
Our own Wim Jansen is exactly what we need. A proven manager who can come in and properly organise this table and stop 10. The fans need to come together and say enough is enough, get him out and get us a proper manager.
