Did we not just spend 1 million plus at the end of last season getting a new pitch relaid. Someone needs their jotters for the state of the pitch and todays cancellation.

Ar it was not the drainage system we laid it was grass. Have u seen the flooding in Glasgow. Three inches of rain since 11 according to sky.

John25, when was the last time we had a game cancelled? I'm in Glasgow at the moment and it's actually quite calm. Storm Dennis or no, its amateur hour having to call off a game due to rain. The pitch has been in shreds for weeks, groundsmen need to take a look at themselves.

Man City game was called off due to weather. Get a grip . with the number of games and flooding no new pitch could cope with that. Artificial lights, covers etc won’t repair short term damage with amount of games we have had on it.
