Im not on here for arguments or whatever but folk saying Gerrard out are having a laugh. You do realise this is the same Gerrard who was guiding us to wins and comfortable wins pre Xmas. The players need to shoulder the blame here, we have enough in personell to beat these teams, no matter what formation etc Gerrard deploys. Yes he left it too late for subs last night and he has came out and taken his share of the blame. But for folk to say sack Gerrard have a word with yourself.

I agree with some of your points but the manager is too cautious when the games in danger of being lost.

Don’t want him sacked but him taking the blame is all well and good he leaves the subs far to late every game specially the ones we r struggling in so people are rite to question if he is the man to take us forward or not when he clearly dsnt and hasn’t learned from clear mistakes. Av always said it’s fine to make a mistake only if u dnt make the same mistake twice never mind umpteen times in his case.

He’s out of his depth. He has one tactic he is unable to change and every decent manager has him figured out.

Yeah but the season lasts longer than December and we have done the same this season as last. The performances from the players have been atrocious since the winter break but nothing changes. Certain players make the same mistakes but never get dropped.

Another one of Gerrard’s mistakes he makes over and over not dropping under performing players. Well he does but only certain ones but others seem to b able to play as bad as they like without any punishment.

Agreed the season goes all, year but my point is, this is the same manager and players who were doing well pre Xmas, the gaffer isn't out his depth FML. he's learning. The players need to step up and show their worth and show they have the bottle for it.
Il ask you this swagman, who would you replace SG with at this moment, i'm sure i read you say Walter smith for a season with GVB as no2 with a view to take over. Now i dunno where to start with that suggestion tbh haha. Sacking managers n starting again isn't the answer for us. So what if they win 9 in a row, i agree if we don't win silverwewr this year SG is under massive pressure. But il never give up hope! Support the players and gaffer through good times and bad. i'm not asking everyone to agree and your all entitled to your opinion which i respect. This is my view and opinion so let's respect it as well.

Kri just read your posts re Sg and players in the main we are saying the same thing, I also wrote today speaking against people suggesting Sg go. I said we can’t start again, what we need is five players to go into first team.
We were playing well pre new year, I think what happened was we lost key players from first 11. Whilst most won't agree Helander with his experience was a big loss, as was Alf and tav who had came onto a good game.

John i would drop tav& goldson, replace them with polster& edmunson, both have shown up better than tave or goldson.
