Surely this glaring example of an "error", along with the pen (or non pen) call in the last match highlights how much VAR is required at this level. Can you imagine the squealing from the mhanks had the roles been reversed? Because it's us there is nothing said or done about it. Sick of it!

VAR will be the death of football as we know it.
It’s already causing inconsistencies with certain decisions down South.
If it was used for offside only then I would be fine with that.

I thought VAR might be a good idea, but as far as I can see in England, watching games it should be called VIR - video instead of referee, - as its not refs asking it for assistance its the other way around - telling refs what their decision should be even if they are happy with the decision they have made, and are not asking for help, its ridiculous in its present form!

Mr paceman, it's either var or we will need to get referees that know the rules, last 2 games dropped 2 point wither the ref appauligiesed or no, then a cup is tore from us through a linesman or ref that never went to spec savers, we can't allow this too keep happening, cause let's face it it's wrong.
